I can’t be here to see how nice this whole entire team was from the cashier all the way up to the manager!
I walked in five minutes before the lobby was closing with my kids, it was really cold outside, but I didn’t want to make the kids eat in the car, the manager allowed us to come in and eat with no problem.
This food was fresh. The service was great. The lobby was clean. They were so nice to my kids.

Just went through the drive-thru about 15 minutes ago. Had to literally argue with the guy in the window because there’s a sign two for three on the sausage biscuits and he tried to charge me more and then got all huffy and puffy when you had to call over a manager. I get home one sausage biscuits normal the other ones literally a half piece like somebody was too lazy to even bother to do their job right at a place that’s so easy that even children work at.

Went in at 530pm and the fries was hot. The sandwich ended up being pink. About time I opened my bag it was too late. My soda had no CO2. Flat very flat. Very disgusting. Need a refund on my money asap. Wasted $15. Stomach been hurting since I ate the burger. I will never go back again.

The cashier as she was packing my food I saw her take one of my fries and eat it not that I care that one fry would be missing but it’s so unsanitary and they don’t even wear gloves while handling food! Cashier’s wear gloves as you grab people’s food because it’s unsanitary and causes people to get food poisoning from cross contamination and please stop eating other people’s food…

I’ve given this place multiple chances everytime I go there fries always cold like thy just came out of the freezer taste like they’ve been sitting for about 2 days I’m over it definitely ain’t going back to this one I’d rather drive 15 minutes down the road and actually be able to enjoy a good Burger King if I could put a 0 star I would definitely a waiste of time to go here

Passing through in a road trip and wanted to get something quick to eat. I ordered a big fish sandwich, dressed like a whopper. I got a big fish sandwich with ketchup, onion and a piece of a tomato. I’ll be calling corporate office for a refund. This is ridiculous!!!

No AC. Ordered Mozzarella Stick and came out broken and over fried and dark. Ordered them again and came out less broken but same over fried and dark. They need to change the fryer oil . Same with chicken nuggets they were dakr brown color. Do not recommened going to this location.

The two fish sandwiches I ordered looked very, super unappealing after spending hard earned money on this stuff. Just look at the photo and tell me would you want a sandwich looking like this. Supposed to have lettuce, pickles and onions….. with an “S”. I thought I was doing better by visiting this particular establishment versus the one closer to my house on Patrick Dr.

Wow! Horrible experience here. It has always had issues but I have to say this location just needs to be shut down if they can’t do better. The service was awful. The drive thru line was long because it was during the lunch rush but my time was shortened to a mere 25 minutes because cars kept leaving. The portions have become so small. The food doesn’t even resemble what is advertised. What kind of restaurant doesn’t have napkins…this one! The staff is rude. My order was handed to me with no comment whatsoever. I’d gladly take my money back if you don’t want my business and will definitely not be going back. It’s a shame because I used to really enjoy the burgers.
