I absolutely adore this restaurant. It’s some of the best Asian food I’ve had in the denver metro, let alone highlands ranch! The food is amazing (highly recommend the Singapore rice noodles), the staff is very friendly, and the prices are incredibly reasonable, especially since we can feed 4 adults with two entrees!

Had a great experience at Little Holly’s last week. My son had the chef’s chicken and I enjoyed a mango sushi roll. The atmosphere was nice and service was friendly. I had never been there, but I will be going back.

The food was excellent except for a few exceptions. The chicken shrimp combo had only 2 shrimp (seen next to egg roll in picture). Also, way too much celery which I dislike. The Shrimp Fried Rice was excellent and at least made up for the few shrimp on my combo. Atmosphere was great and service was excellent. Will have to try again some day and see if can find dish I like. Also, they can substitute for celery if you ask beforehand. Price is a little high but service makes up for it.

I’ve nothing bad to say. The consistency of the quality, portions, taste, etc of the food is great. Is it the best Chinese food I’ve had in my life? No, but it hits the spot and is a reliable business. I know some people claim the owner (I think they’re the owner?) is rude, but to me its just a traditional east coast personality that is all about business and efficiency. Nothing wrong with that. I’ve also never had an issue with my order with respect to wrong or missing items, which is great.

Just tried this place tonight and we’re thoroughly impressed with the food. Josh took great care of us! Despite us ordering the wrong dish, they took the time to make it right like it was no big deal. Looking forward to the next visit already!

They need to come up with a better process for pick up orders. As I got in, there was a line of ppl waiting to pick up their orders. A woman walked from the back of the line and said (what I now know was) the last 4 numbers of her phone number, and was given her pick up order. Since the woman skipped ahead of everyone and the people behind the counter served her anyway, I asked if my order was behind there, too. The boy behind the counter said “well I don’t know your phone number, so I can’t tell you.”

I’ve never been treated more rudely than I was today. I ordered for pick up and they gave me the wrong items. I called back and explained that I didn’t have a car and wouldn’t be in town and after begging them to come deliver, they brought the wrong meal again! When I called to ask what was going on, I was yelled at and told gas was $4/gallon and was hung up on. Customer service used to be fine here and the food used to taste good but I am utterly appalled by what happened today. Will not be going back. I recommend John Hollys on Downing Street!
