We love this place! Mgrs. Noelle and Lauren were so welcoming and friendly this evening. The strawberry goat cheese salad with roasted chicken is out of this world. The bread with oil and vinaigrette was perfect. And the hard-to-find straciatella gelato is the perfect meal finisher. Highly recommend Little Hats!

First visit to Little Hats per recommendation from a friend. I had the Pici & Meatballs and it was delicious. The noodles were cooked perfectly the meatballs flavorful. I wish I had the appetite at the time to order more but it gives me more reason to come back.
My only comment was that I wish that there was a way to get/buy just a few slice of bread to go with my dish to “la scarpetta” the sauce. I had to purchase a full loaf to get every last bit of the sauce, which I used about half of for the last of the sauce.
Will definitely be making another visit sometime to try the many other delicious sounding foods.

Fantastic place! Very well prepared food with SO much flavor. Chicken parm and the pasta were so good. Drinks from the bar were also great.

We were excited about coming to this gourmet Italian restaurant! I ordered the Traditional Sub! You receive a generous amount of high quality ingredients on the sandwich enough to share! The small side of potato salad was excellent! They do have pizza and pasta which their other locations do not have. Parking is a breeze. We would love to comeback and try some other items! Nice folks working here. Impressive restaurant with a bar, market, outdoor area and there is an ice cream shop next door! Next time I will try the spicy Italian or a sandwich with a toasted bun.

Food was amazing and the staff were very kind and open to questions about the menu. There was plenty of room to sit and a variety of seating arrangements, including a large outdoor space. Excited to come back and try more of the menu!

I agree with several other reviews that this place is overhyped and overpriced, which unfortunately might just be a side effect of being in Cool Springs.
We tried to go to this location several times, but each time it was too busy. We finally managed to get in this Sunday afternoon and give it a try. The inside of the restaurant was super loud, but outside wasn’t too bad.
I got the meat pizza with no cheese which was delicious and made without issue. The others enjoyed their food as well. I wanted to get a sandwich, but the prices seemed like a rip off, $16-18 for a sandwich that comes with a very small cup of potato salad or sliced pickles with an up charge for chips or a drink. Instead, I got a pizza for $18 and a cup of water.
Hopefully by the next time we come back, it won’t be so busy and we have a chance to check out the specialty groceries in the market aisle.

Growing up in chicago I have had a lot of italian beefs, this is probably the worst I have had. The meat and the au jus didnt feel like it had much flavor and even if it did it was overpowered by the sweet garlic aoli (which i dont know why you would add that in the first place). For the price I am paying I expect A LOT better. I know this is a harsh review but I was very excited to go to this place and try an italian beef but walked out very disappointed.

People complain about the prices, but the fact of the matter is little hats uses very high quality ingredients and those just cost more. Sure, you’re going to pay $16-18 for a sandwich, but it’s my opinion that it’s still a good value for what you get. If you want a cheap sandwich go somewhere that uses weird engineered bread products like subway. If you want a good sandwich made with real food that will 100% fill you up, plus some, come to little hats and support a beloved local buisness.

This is one of my favorite restaurants I have been to in Franklin. The meatball sub. Amazing. The cacio e Pepe. amazing. The Calabrian salad. Best salad I’ve ever had. I heard great things but I was like eh how good can it be. It exceeded all my expectations. The atmosphere is so nice here and even though it was busy the line was fast and we got our food fast!! Definitely recommend getting a few things and sharing. Honorable mention was the potato salad. It was so good too.
