I have ordered from here a number of times. While staff has always been pleasant, the quality of the food has been consistently bad. On one occasion, the pizza I ordered was missing a couple toppings, which I wasn’t too bothered by, but the last few times, including today, the deep dish pizza was severely undercooked. To combat this, I purposefully ordered it to be cooked to well done, only to still have it be raw in the center under the sauce. At this point, it would be unreasonable to justify the recurring poor quality as a coincidence. I wouldn’t recommend spending money here unless they make some improvements.

I’ve been to many Little Caesars Pizza locations, but the one on the South Hill is the worst run one by far. First off, they have only 2 employees in the middle of dinner rush. I get staff shortages are a thing, but it doesn’t even seem like a manager was there to cover, even though that’s literally what they have to do when they don’t have enough staff, speaking as a former shift supervisor at a restaurant here. Second, the guy making and cutting the pizzas was not even wearing gloves while making them. This is a clear food safety violation, which I’m sure they don’t care about due to lack of staff. Third, I ordered a pepperoni pizza. The girl taking my order gave me the impression that there would be a wait, which I was fine with. However, after a good 10 minutes of waiting, she proceeded to give me a pizza from the hot case (which looked extremely dried out), allegedly remembering at that exact moment that it was there. If you’re going to keep me waiting, you may as well give me a fresh pizza at that point, which she did not do. As a result, the service at this specific location was extremely poor. I’ll continue to patronize Little Caesars when I want pizza in a pinch, but I may have second, third, and fourth thoughts before stepping foot at this specific location again

I just want to give a shout out to Joe P. Who works here. He is always so kind to his customers even when they are super busy. He takes the time to do his job right and takes pride in giving good service. Whoever owns this spot should appreciate this man! Thanks Joe!

What is the point of ordering online when you never get your order on time. Put my order in online, went to go pick it up at the specified time, and then had to stand there for another 40 minutes because my pizza hadn’t been made yet or even put in the oven this has happened twice. By far the worst Little Caesars location there is in Spokane.

Order was not mad right on 2 pizza, it was super busy. But still suck to wait (understandably) long time to get home to find out it was wrong. We did not even eat it because it was the nacho sauce was not good. We wanted red sauce on both pizza.

A few months ago, I was in here getting pizza. I walk in, nobody greets me. The girl was looking at me like she didn’t know what I was doing there. I was standing there, and finally after five minutes of nobody saying hello and completely ignoring me (multiple employees walking past me) I walked up to the counter And asked if I could order pizza. The girl at the counter had the worst customer service skills and communication skills I’ve ever seen. I finally got my pizza and went back to my car and there was a big black long hair. Oh, while I was standing there, I was observing what they were doing in the back. They weren’t wearing gloves as they were making the and they went back-and-forth, touching or their phones, then touching the pizza. Don’t come here

Walked in and was asked if I was helped. I replied no, staff then turned and walked away came back several minutes later. Staff were rude, after put my card in the card reader to pay staff walked away and never said how long the wait would or anything. Everyone seemed to be in not good moods and had attitudes. Just very rude.

I love Little Caesars I still have 10 bucks for just a plain cheese pizza is a little much but I prefer this over most cheese pizza. Service was awesome watch my peace out to the car I was the first order of the day. The atmosphere was bleak.
