Horrible Service, Didn’t get have the product that I had ordered either. Came in since it said my order had been done, went to the box to see if it was in there, no, asked at the counter if it was ready, guy went back to see, didn’t say anything else to me, I waited for about 40 minutes before going back up and asking if it was ready, he said that its been ready. Never was put in the box, never got told about it. They didn’t have any of the promotional sodas either. I would recommend avoiding here and going to Tumwater, they have quality service.

Food is what you would expect. Service has never been stellar, but they are obviously understaffed and stressed by the high volume. I understand the staffing difficulties going on right now, but it’s not the crew members responsibility to pick up that slack. Whoever the manager is really needs to have either on-calls or start limiting orders, simply turning off online orders would have stopped multiple people from walking out unhappy. I understand the loss in profits, but this is a clear lack of empathy towards the staff.

I’ve gotten the lunch special here several times, which consists of a generous rectangular personal pizza and a 20-ounce soda. Pizza is good for the price point. The service is quick and the staff were friendly.

Fast good style pizza was good enough but I would recommend ordering online as I waited at the counter for about 10 minutes before someone came to take my order. Over all decent pizza for decent price.

The franchise made my pizza incorrectly, when I called they didn’t answer. The next day I spoke with the manager, this man has zero customer service skills and refused to do any type of compensation for their error. This is the 2nd time the College St location has handled their error in this manner.

Im not sure if ownership changed or what, but that was a terrible experience. I waited at the front for 15 minutes and no one came up to take orders. 5 others came and left, another guy had been waiting for 40 minutes we sat and waited and i finally gave up.

Tried calling lacey location several times, because I had a hard time with internet. I went in and ordered my pizzas. The young person who took my order said…yes… we turned the phones off. No big deal just have to wait 15 min! Young person was nice, but went into a 5 min story of why they won’t answer the phone.Finally after having like 4 people behind me and having to nicely say..I’m sorry but i’m really tired and have hangry kiddos waiting for me, can I please order? The pizza didn’t take long, nice and hot… However lacking soooo much cheese… each slice had several areas without. I’m pretty sure management has changed, maybe that’s why?? Don’t know! Probably won’t go back.

Our cashier went out of their way to help us. Someone came in that was rather rude and expected them to magically create a pizza instantaneously. The cashier handled it with ease and redirected the individual. When the toy in the waiting area broke they produced little balls to play with for the children waiting. Will definitely stop by for a quick bite again.

Go to a different Little Caesars. I ordered a hot and ready got home and it had mold in the dough and when I came back to return it and tell them about it they tried to make me pay for another Pizza instead of just getting one that didn’t have mold
