Ordered 2 deep dish pizzas but did not receive my bacon. Not bad for cheap pizza but not satisfied with what we received. There was supposed to be 4 toppings. A side that had pepperoni, a side with cheese, a side with bacon, and a side with jalapeño. Instead, there was cheese, pepperoni, jalapeño, and cheese.

went there for some pizza with my friends and the employee with black hair who dressed kinda grunge was super friendly and very nice. had my food done within 8 minutes and she was very pretty. i was flabbergasted when she told how much she makes, she should be manager because she does an amazing job.

Came in to get lunch today, and thankfully (and surprisingly) it was slow. The employee was working by herself it looked like, and she was so pleasant. Didn’t get her name, but she was attentive, and the food was great compared to other Little Caesars I’ve had. I had my food within 10 minutes of ordering in store.

Ordered the pretzel cheese pizza. The dude just put butter and salt on a regular pizza. Cheesy bread feels and tastes like it was just sitting out all day. Don’t go to this little Ceasars.

I parked in a spot designated for little Ceasars. An employee yelled swear words at me for parking there. The employee drives a black VW Passat license # CDJ3887. I tried to enter the store and he bared me from coming in. I just was so shocked by this person’s outburst I could not respond and just walked away. This person has a real anger problem and should not be representing Ceaser’s.

Ordered for the first time before I went into Fred Meyer for some things and went to pickup about 30 mins later. Someone at the counter told me they didn’t have pizza boxes until just that moment so my order hadn’t been started yet, and it would be another 25-30 mins. I ran another quick errand in the shopping center and came back 25 mins later to a different person at the counter, he asked me what my order consisted of and when I read it off my phone he said they ran out of dough so my order would not be made. He blamed the app for not notifying me, but I was forced to put in a phone number so they could have called. I pointed out the original person who told me it was a boxes issue and that if he had said they had no dough I would have cancelled and saved some time. He immediately turned and began barking at the first employee about how he needed to figure it out since he had spoken to me first. It was kind of aggressive for a pizza restaurant, like, it’s not that serious, just cancel the order. I asked if it had been charged or would be refunded and he shrugged and said “I don’t know how that works you’ll have to call customer service, normally we just call and see if you want a replacement item instead.” I pointed out they never called and he shrugged and told the other employee to handle it. Finally I just asked if it was possible to simply cancel since it was still showing pending on my end and he agreed. It’s been about and hour now and it’s still pending so I reached out to customer service anyway to ensure I wasn’t charged for an order I never got.

It is very apparent, the owners/manager do not care about this business. The place is filthy. The workers don’t wear uniforms. They were out of hot n ready pizzas at 4:45pm. Just an all around poor experience. I will not be giving them my business again.
