I will never purchase a little ceasars again. I ordered online and paid. The order ended up being canceled because they closed. It should have canceled and never been taken out of my account since the pizzas were canceled by them. This had been going on 2 weeks and I’m still waiting for my money. This is such horrible customer service. I feel like I have been robbed. With my hands tied with nothing I can do about it. Like money these days can be thrown away with no consequence.

I ordered less sauce extra cheese pizza crust stuffed with peperoni. They messed up 2nd times. First, they missed the pepperoni and garlic sauce. Second, I cant see any red sauce on it. Just all cheese. So disappointing because we order it via door dash but we don’t have a choice but we need to go there to ask for replacement.

The pie I received is the first photo. Same amount of pepperoni as a regular hot-n-ready. It also took over ten minutes despite the “hot and ready” expectation.
The pie in the second photo is what the extra most bestest is advertised as.

The new owners don’t know how to make pizza at all!! No sauce & little cheese its awful. I truly cannot recommend this place. Plus they don’t understand our English & cant take a correct order. Old owners the pizza was so good. Now I will never go back! They barely put any cheese on it as well. There is absolutely no taste to it.

So a little info to understand first, on weekdays there’s a 5 dollar lunch combo you can order until 2pm. And you can only make changes to the pizza (aka removing the pepperoni) by calling and placing your order or by going in person to do so, due to the app not allowing such adjustments. That’s all the background you need
Okay so about 2-3 weeks ago now (you’ll understand why I’m making this now on google and not the day of at the end) I called to place my order for 1, 5 dollar lunch combo only cheese. I was rudely spoken to over the phone and was told I can’t and I have to place it online only. And I was like uh okay. Then i decided to call the customer service like, not to complain but to clarify and understand if there was any changes in their policy regarding the combo deal. And this wonderful woman from out of state picked up and we chatted for about 20 min only for me to understand that what the employee told me was not correct and I should be able to make that change over the phone, she asked if I would like the district manager to contact me regarding the issue over the phone with that employee and I did say yes to wanting to be contacted! Again due to the app you can’t make any changes. I was placing my order ahead to save time on my day off cause I can’t typically have this deal since I work until 2pm. So my only day off I like to come and get one of these pizzas. I decided to go in person and place my order. And to my surprise the same man that answered the phone was up front now infront of me taking my order. I kindly asked for the 5 dollar lunch combo only cheese only cheese and he tried to tell me now to my face that I can’t and it’s only online. To witch I did in fact tell him that I know he’s lying to me because I called the customer service line about it. And I demanded for him to serve me. I hadn’t done anything over the phone or in person to upset this man. He just simply did not want to do his job. It was very obvious by his attitude and tone when talking to customers. I got my receipt for my combo and sat in my car updating about my then experience in person and did press the box requesting to be contacted to the district manager of that location.
I’m here to tell you all, the public
They don’t contact you back. They forget about you and ignore your experience. I haven’t gone back and will not go to that store ever again
Employee told me his name was “bubba” but my receipt said a different name I’ll keep to myself and the update I sent to the company already. Absolutely disgusting that this place is allowed to operate and treat people this way and the fact that their management who actually “runs” this place doesn’t seem to have the time management skills to reach back out. I’m not sorry, it’s been 2-3 weeks now since I first reached out. Now google and the internet can see and ready about how disrespectful you are. Thanks. Don’t bother reaching out anymore

Ordered 2 deep dish pizzas but did not receive my bacon. Not bad for cheap pizza but not satisfied with what we received. There was supposed to be 4 toppings. A side that had pepperoni, a side with cheese, a side with bacon, and a side with jalapeño. Instead, there was cheese, pepperoni, jalapeño, and cheese.

Oh MAN there stuff Crust PIZZA is the BOMB and they cook it perfectly, and with plenty of cheese. I have never been disappointed with any of the pizza that I got here. I drive about 30 minutes just to get it. My family loves this place and you will too. The owners are really nice also.

They used to be pretty good. But lately they never have any of the thin crust pepperoni pizzas ready. And then last night I got half sausage half pepperoni, and when I went to take it back up there to get my regular pizza I asked them if they would throw in some breadsticks, and they said yes. Then I went to pick up the pizza and the manager guy came out, and he was all Stern. He said we can’t give you any breadsticks no no no. But at least I did get my other pizza back the one that they messed up on.
