Absolutely ridiculous how they are managing to stay open, this location is a joke. Ive never received such disgusting food. My pepperoni pizza was under cooked and not to mention on how poorly it was made. My pizza was so thin I looked like it was thin crust. I could even eat it because it was completely dry, they need to manage this location because they should be delivering food to customers if it’s poor quality. Disappointing.

I will not come to this location again!
Put an order in on the phone. Told him multiple times what my order was. He still got it wrong. I get there and stood there for about 2 minutes before I was even acknowledged. She told me if she had took my order she would have gotnit right. Then told it would be another 10-12 mins for my order. I said ok. Then she questioned whether I still wanted it. I again said yes I want it. That is what i ordered, that is what I want. I give her the cash, as she is starting to get my change, she says she needs to make change. at that time her cell phone rang. She stopped with getting my change to talk on the phone and an employee. While both where trying to make change. I finally get my change, then step aside to wait….. 20 minutes later, I finally got my order. Then get home to see it is barely cook, there is very, very little cheese sause on it. And when I picked up a slice, it went limp, folding that the crust where I was holding it.
Very sad excuse for a pizza. Poor customer service. I will go a little further next time to try a different location.

I am writing to report an issue with my recent order.
I was repeatedly told by the associate that my order did not include Crazy Sauce. However, based on the website advertisement, in-store signage, and my receipt, Crazy Sauce is clearly included with the Detroit-Style Slices-N-Stix. I showed the associate both the online advertisement and the in-store window display, and my receipt also lists “Detroit-Style Slices-N-Stix and Crazy Sauce.” Despite this, I was repeatedly told that I was incorrect.
This has not been an issue with previous orders, and this associate is the only one who has refused to provide the Crazy Sauce with this item.
She stood her ground and said it is not included it would say 4 items. I said the Crazy Sauce is part of the Detroit-Style Slices-N-Stix. So, it counts as 1 item. Prior to today I have never had an issue at this store.

Everything tastes as expected; I don’t think it’s a “bad” location by any means like some reviews say. The food is always hot and made in a timely manner. This location can get pretty slammed so expect to wait 20+ min if you order when it’s busy. Ordering online was probably the best experience for me as I was able to wait from home a bit before leaving to pick it up. In my experience, the people I’ve seen working the counter always seem tired and don’t make an effort to be personable. I imagine they’re probably understaffed.

1st the customer service wasn’t good no greeting, the guy at the front wouldn’t even look at me took my order and as I was paying he walked away, then comes tell me it’s going to be 8 min which is understandable. 2nd as we’re waiting only a couple mins I see several people walking out with pizza so I went inside and once again guy won’t look at me. 3rd so I wait till he finishes taking a order then he walks out from the back with my pizza sits it on the counter says nothing and walk away but as I’m leaving he does say have a good day. Lastly the food did not taste fresh for having to wait and barely any sauce on the pizza

The pizza. normally we get it for the kids and they tend to like it. however, that parking lot you have to be very careful. not only about getting in an accident but the liquor store next door. there’s always crazy people there. one night the guy was going to hit some guy with a bat because he was being belligerent so you got to really watch yourself in that parking lot!

I asked for some red pepper flakes after purchasing a pepperoni pizza and was only given two little packs. That’s not the first time either. It’s bad enough they don’t even offer Parmigian cheese anymore but why you gotta skimp on the red pepper flakes? Also, take the tip option out of your point of sale system. You don’t have dine in eating so stop begging for tips.

The pizza was just ok this time. This time it took way to long I waited 30 minutes and people that got there after me, their pizza came out of the oven before mine did. I ordered pizza and crazy bread and marinara sauce. She didn’t get the sauce and had to go back so by the time I got back home my pizza was almost cold. All I can say about that crew that was working tonight, sucks.
