I placed a mobile order for a chicken little because my blood sugar was dropping (diabetes). When I got to the window they told me it hadn’t processed yet on their end. I asked if I could wait a moment at the window to see if it goes through, she told me firmly no. (There were zero customers behind me). I said how would I know if the order goes through, she told me to wait 2-3 minutes in the parking lot and come back through even though I showed her my order confirmation. All of it seemed unnecessary and the individual could’ve went about it in a more tactful manner. She could’ve told me to park out front and when it processes and is made someone could bring it out to me. Usually I LOVE Wetumpka KFC. But after today, I won’t be returning. Also, the chicken little (which is the only thing I ordered), was SMOTHERED IN MAYO. What a waste of time. Having to wait 15 minutes FOR ONE MOBILE ORDER ITEM.

Went to KFC Monday October 28th tried the $5 tenders meal .KFC at this location wetumpka Al.has gone down hill The tenders were not completely tenders. One of them was two pieces of, I don’t know what you would call it look like two nuggets but not as good,oh I’ve tried the nuggets before and they were a lot better than this ,no 11 Herbs and spices flavor not really worth going there again.Everyone was friendly and helpful. Everything else was okay but main thing chicken not worth wasting money or time on.

The last 2 times we picked up our order from them they’ve left 1 extra side out that we ordered & paid for.
My husband didn’t check our order with the first one because we live about 23 mins from there & he was in a hurry. We don’t normally have an issue.The next time he didn’t think of it because we thought once is ok then they did the same with the 2nd order.
We usually buy from there once a week. If we continue to eat from there we will check our bags for our entire order.

I love our KFC in Wetumpka! I usually eat there at least twice a week & the food is always fresh, hot & delicious. All the staff are always nice to me & the lady who runs the drive-thru is so sweet! She is always friendly & so positive & upbeat! Besides the delicious food, I always enjoy seeing her. ⭐️

This is absolutely obnoxious. I made a order 16 piece meal and 8 piece meal. I have been sitting here for over an hour. I have watched multiple bigger orders be filled yet I am still waiting. At very first they said they were cleaning the fryer. Who the hell cleans their fryer at 4:15 on a Friday especially a holiday weekend Friday. Not even a little happy at this point. This is actually the very first review I can remember giving if that tells you how mad I am. Well off to wait some more.
