I called in my order pretzel crust with red sauce when I got into restaurant they made my pizza with cheese sauce . I went back in and returned the pizza and was told that they would remake my pizza but instead I received a standard hot and ready classic with salt on the crust

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I was told that since I wasn’t buying anything I had to leave. The lady was rude. I still haven’t heard from the manager. I was told that the manager would call me back. Imagine meeting someone for the first time and you are there for your safety and someone who works at Little Ceaser tell you “If you are not buying anything then you need to leave” Otherwise, money is more important to them. I feel like they don’t care about there customers. There were times I did buy their pizza. That doesn’t mean I have to buy it every time I come there. That’s sad.

Came in at 8:40pm (they close at 9pm) to order take out and they said they aren’t making any more food. Only selling whatever they have left. WTH is that?! Not making any new food? Seems unacceptable. The cashier isn’t at fault. The people in the kitchen said the kitchen is closed and no new food will be made.
I’m sure this is a franchise and the owner (whom I presume was the guy in the kitchen) doesn’t care. But I think corporate might. Terrible. Definitely won’t be back.

I like the pizza portal. So easy to get mobile orders. Excellent quality and consistent what I expect/am familiar with the brand. I like that there no delays in receiving my order either. Everything was timely. Big plus that i could be a socially anxious hermit because they have PIZZA PORTALS. sorry i just really like them and how they enable my social anxiety. So comforting and safe.

Always order two Hot and Readys and divide it at home onto wrapped paper plates so the Little Ones can microwave 40sec. and get their own snack. The thin crusts are great but need 10min. to bake-to-order.

It seems that the cashier is always in the back. I waited many of times for them to come to the front to pick up my order. They need to look up and acknowledge the person’s waiting for their pick up or placing orders. I even have click my keys loud and clear my throat many times. But I have had to voice myself to get their attention.

It’s not clear at all what time this location closes. Google says 9pm but this is now the 5th time I’ve came 20 mins before closing and the employees just ignore you when you knock to be sure. So I’ve made an edit on Google to correct the closing hours since the business hasn’t corrected this miss. Love this brand overall but this one in my area I can never seem to make it to while open.

This is the best Little Ceasars around! They care about the quality of their pizza they are very friendly. The best tasting Little Caesars around! One time I was picking up a pizza and they opened it up to check it before I left. They didn’t like it and made me a new one. I don’t even ask. It shows they care.

My order was not correct. Took it back. Sales girls said couldn’t remake it without authorization from manager. Manager wasn’t there. Would not give me my money back either. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and UNPROFESSIONAL to say the least. Told me to call tomorrow but didn’t give me a name or number! What company doesn’t refund the customer’s money or remake the order correctly????? TERRIBLE.This is rated ZERO.
