Hopefully the store managers see this, whoever the lady is that closed tonight on 04/02/23 was extremely rude and incompetent. I ordered from them at 8:20 pm. My dasher was waiting over 20 mins. I called at 8:58 and the lady answered, saying “uh, we’re not taking any more orders.” And hung up on me without seeing why I called. Then refused to answer the phone as i tried to call back twice. She then told my dasher rhey “lost a pizza” it was a cheese pretzel pizza. And offered to replace it with a refular pepperoni. After asking if they could replace it with a cheese, they then said they’re remaking it. This place and specifically that woman is so disorganized. And my dasher said one of the other workers told her that the same lady had actually given my pizza to someone else on accident. Thats how they “lost a pizza.” Please fire this woman. She is driving this store into the ground and should not be allowed to work around customers.

This was the worst pizza I’ve ever got I order online and when I picked up my order the pizza was in the wrong slot the guy at the register refused to help me. Then after I resolved that the pizza was not cooked right! Just take a look at this it tasted really bad I was expecting a fast and ready pizza since I didn’t get to eat the whole day. What a disappointment.

Neil is definitely the extra most bestest! His positive attitude and great customer service make it a joy to go to Little Caesars. The few times I’ve been there, is let me know how fresh the pizza is honestly and always makes me feel welcome. You go Neil!

I go to this place kind of often, Maybe once or twice a month. Today I got my order taken by a guy named Nico, super cool guy, was really upbeat about everything, nice and cool with customers. It was nice to see fast food employees that you could tell care about their customers satisfaction. Well Done.

Just really good pizza and service is fantastic and so fast everytime. NEIL’S awesome, positive, upbeat, friendly attitude has been a constant and one of the reasons we keep coming back. More businesses need to take notice of how the person who takes care of their customers can make or break a customer’s desire to return again. I just really hope he knows how much he contributes to this 5 star rating and others notice as well.

Probably one of the top three best experiences Ive had at a little Caesars pizza joint. Neal was the employee at the counter. I think he was also making the pizzas. He was an absolute and total rockstar! Friendly, accurate, engaging, and all-around fantastic! I hope his bosses read this.
