Ordered online for pickup, I went through the drive thru. When I arrived they were just pulling my order from the oven.
Returned home to a hot and delicious XL mushroom & Italian sausage pizza.
Was absolutely amazing, perfect amount of toppings and cheese.
I normally get the thin crust, but they don’t make them for XLG .
But there thin crust is the best in town.

Be careful about placing your order online. Consider just paying at the store if you must do so. Today I placed an online order and realized 2 minutes after placing it that the pepperoni pizza would have Carolina reaper sauce. I suppose the pizza isn’t that fresh, because I called immediately and they claimed there could be no adjustment as it was already placed in the oven.
How could a fresh Fiery Old World style large pizza be in the oven 120 seconds after an online order is placed? They would not adjust and the young female store worker did not budge to help us at all. When I asked if there was something we could do, she immediately put me on hold and didn’t even acknowledge my question. Not sure I would return based on not just an inability to edit the order, but the way the concern was handled. It tasted pre-prepared.

Restaurant messed up order. Ordered with no cheese due to diatary restrictions, got a pizza loaded with cheese and breadsticks burnt to a crisp. Understand it was late and didnt expect them to remake it. I just asked for a credit. The 15yr old “manager” did nothing but try to argue and blame it on me. Ordered the same way I always do, and have never had a problem. Not worth my time arguing over a $14 pizza. Will just go elsewhere from now on. Maybe hire some people who care about customer service.

I decided to try a new pizza place while staying in Spartanburg. I found this place, and I would not recommend it at all. Ordered a small meat pizza and salad. The pizza was supposed to have a garlic crest, and it did not. The pizza was just blah, nothing too exciting. The salad was terrible, completely welted, and just looked bad. The ranch was in packets, not even homemade. I did call the store, and they gave me credit, I’m from out of town. Why would I want credit.
