Ahh yes, Taco Bell’s newest addition, permanent fries, churros, THE NUGGETS. All just for it to be another disappointment… constantly. Not only is this a poor excuse for a large fry but another regular fry is missing, the churro’s are missing, and the chalupa shell and nuggets were stale. If this happened once every 4 months id be okay, but its happened about 3 times within the past month of having consistently poor or missing food I dont even want to get started on the half-assed filled drinks/frozens. Overall if you’re looking to feel hangry, dissatisfied, and a reminder of an ex who will be nice for 1 day and then remind you of why you broke up, this is the place.

This Taco Bell used to be such a pain. It has done a complete overhaul or something because it’s awesome now. The drive thru wait is sometimes long for fast food, but I have had such good luck with fresh food. I even bring it home and it travels as good as Taco Bell can because it starts very fresh. Tacos are always loaded too.

Not the most consistent location, however on their good days it feels like how tacobell used to be in 2018. Stuffed sauce cups, hot & delicate bean burritos filled with red sauce and onions and finally, not a burned grilled burrito.
Wonderful food paired with excellent service at the drive through from employees that sound enthusiastic about helping you get your food asap!

Why am I paying dam near a dollar for an extra sauce and get that tiny cup filled up a quarter of the way? Y’all really gonna be that stingy over sauce I’m paying for?
Update: This tbell cannot be real life. If you have even 2 cars ahead of you in drive thru you’re waiting atleast 30 min. Anytime I try doing a mobile order for IN DINER pick up they NEVER have my order ready on time. The app will say my food will be ready by a certain time but when I walk in to pick it up my food is never there and I have waited up to 20 min AFTER my food was supposed to be ready for pick up. Never an apology from them either. I don’t understand how they can be this slow cuz there always looks like they have a full staff working. It’s unreal.
Update: I was truly on the verge of upgrading my review from a 1 star to a 3 star cuz I feel like they’ve been doing better. But unfortunately I’m going to keep it at a 1 star cuz the quesorito I received was pathetic. Why am I paying $6 for a burrito that has very little meat and cheese. Especially for a new promoted burrito. Anytime I come through the drive and I see the asian lady making my food I know it’s gonna be trash. Everyone else makes my food just fine except her. I drove around to request another quesorito be made cuz I’m not spending $6 for a tortilla with rice. When I received it, it was smashed and exploded. Wouldn’t be surprised if they spit in it too. 100% done with this location. Photo I posted was the quesorito I received, which is essentially just rice with very little beef and a tiny bit of sauce.

The food is awful here. Worst Taco Bell i have ever been to. The food always tastes strange, the fountain drinks smell, and taste like old feet, the area around the building smells TERRIBLE (smells like the dunks taste). The employees are always messing around in the drive through, food takes forever….

A decent Taco Bell located in Oxford.
We swung though after knowing this was opening for a while in our town. We are glad to have one close and to check this off our list. This one is just ok.
The service was super slow. It took probably about 10-15 minutes to get out food, which was only an issue because it was not busy and we didn’t order much. A quesadilla and a crunch wrap.
The people were very friendly though. No complaints.
The food was decent. It was hot and fresh which was nice. Nothing stand out, flavors were a bit bland. That might just be Taco Bell now, I’m not sure.
The lobby was clean and well stocked but it just feels so soulless these days. I miss the crazier decor.
Overall it was fine. If I’m craving a crunch wrap it’s nice to have one close by. Can’t really recommend them but I wouldn’t actively discourage anyone.

This location has become awful. Initially, I was very pleased with the food, but it has gone downhill. These are the last 2 grilled cheese burritos I got. $6 each. One was about half the size it should be (look at it compared to the sauce packet) and the other one didn’t have steak in more than half of the burrito. These are my steak nacho fries, which cost $5.85 after tax. Look at the size. It’s the size of 3 sauce packets. $2 per bite. If I’m going to pay $6, my food should be a decent size and have enough meat. Owner, you need to fix this now, as it is completely unacceptable. 3 straight awful trips.

Waited in the drive thru for 40+ minutes. Not worth the time to come to this location. Go sit down somewhere and get better food faster. There were plenty of employees in the store (5 that I could see), I don’t know how many were actually working. I don’t know who runs this location, but you should probably pay people who actually work. By the time we got to the window they had forgotten what we ordered.

Don’t come here unless you’re willing to wait an hour for ‘fast food’. Manager is extremely rude and needs an attitude check. Called them after waiting in the drive thru line for 40 minutes *only 3 cars ahead of us* and they proceeded to hang up on me after saying it was backed up due to a rush and the fact that she was training someone (lobby was closed and they had about 5 cars TOTAL in the drive thru, not much of a rush if you ask me). After finally getting to the window to pay the manager stood in eye sight of the window and proceeded to glare at me the entire time, grown adult might I add. She seems to have some great hobbies, glaring at customers and hanging up on them as well!! Peaked through the window and saw a few employees just standing around. (not much training going on, and clearly not stressed about the apparent “rush” they were having) *Got in line at about 10:30pm and did not leave until after 11pm* *Ordered through the app at about 10:15* My orders are typically right about 50% of the time, whether they’re messing up the item itself or forgetting it completely. I’ll also add waiting this long is a VERY common occurrence at this specific location. At one point I had ordered through the app for asap pickup and ended up waiting in the lobby over 40 minutes past when my order was supposed to be ready, I had the same worker come up to me 3 times and ask what I was waiting for. These people have no idea what they’re doing.
