We ordered a stuffed crust pizza and has to wait 45 minutes for it even though we ordered through the app. Got home the pizza was 1. Not cooked all the way. The cheese in crust was still solid 2. They didn’t cut the pizza at all 3. It was so greasy no one wanted to eat it. They were very rude when I tried to explain what happened . No refund was given.

The pizza is good, but service is always really slow. Probably because they’re usually busy. They’re often out of stuff, like sauce or napkins. The staff always seem like they’re ready to go home and can’t blame them. The small location gets crowded quickly and can be uncomfortable. I wouldn’t come anytime around 3-5, but they’re always busy and slow regardless. At least it’s cheap!

I had a rough experience at this location at first. The pizza was undercooked, and the wait time was longer than expected. I contacted Little Caesars customer service to leave a review, and the next day I was contacted by the store manager, Alex. He was very kind and helpful, apologized for the experience, and offered me a free pizza and breadsticks. I really appreciated how professionally he handled the situation and made things right.

I honestly don’t know what the reason that they charge you for extra stuff if they are just going to screw you over. I ordered a Stuffed Crazy Crust Pepperoni, and I got one with crust with only cheese and for my other pizza. It was a Hawaiian pizza that was burnt, and I also paid for extra pineapple. As you can see in the picture, they only put it like if it was one portion. of pineapple, and the girl in the front was very unprofessional. In my opinion, if she doesn’t like her job, she should quit. There were more than 6 people waiting, and she acted like no one was there. It wasn’t until the other worker realized that there were a lot of people waiting that he came to help while she kept acting like no one was there. When she was only 3 feet away from everybody. And if for some reason they don’t know what they’re doing. They should be asking for help from someone to teach them how to do everything on the menu. If that’s the case that they’re going to be charging people extra for certain things. They should know what they’re doing and not charging people just for the hell of it and if they are going to mess up, they should make the menu only 3 items so that they can’t screw it up. Whoever is, the general manager has to start doing his or her job.

It’s in a small tucked in location, not the easiest to find if you haven’t been in before. Fresh hot pizza always. Quick service, good pizza at a fair price

Ordered a cheese deep dish they burned it the sauce and cheese aren’t even covering the whole pizza. The bread sticks seemed old like they were sitting all morning barley had any cheese on it. Usually a go to here because its close to me but never again will waste my money here. Serve food that you yourself would eat. Stop being lazy.

Didn’t cook long enough.. I don’t understand how they can’t tell its not cooked.. when they slice the pizza they can literally feel the difference and see the dough is not done all the way.. yet they still put them up.. had to do it rite my self in the oven.. made it nice and crisp cheese was all melted and delicious… I did this not them

Usually this place has been really good to me but tonight it was horrible, the pizza puffs were overcooked so badly that there was nothing left they were literally just a crispy doughy mess there was no flavor the pepperoni was unrecognizable and no cheese or seasoning was put on to them or in them. My pizza was tasting a little different this time too seemed undercooked and slapped together and thrown in the Box. Won’t be back for a while.

Placed an online order, when I showed up to pick it up at the time I was given it was still not ready. I had to wait another 20 mins to get my food. There was one other customer there it was pretty empty so not sure why the order wasn’t ready. I was excited to get the Batman calzony but unfortunately it was a let down it was very greasy, salty, over cooked and just a hot mess as you can see in the picture. Also their customer service is none existent no apology was given or even an excuse as to why the order wasn’t ready. The guy asked me for my order info I kept trying to show him the email confirmation w all the info on there and for some reason he refused to look at it and kept asking his questions. If he would have looked at the confirmation it would have been faster for him to look it up I guess he likes to do more work than necessary. I will not be going back to this location the food tasted bad, service and wait was bad I ended up leaving before the customer that was there before me I felt bad for that person as well.
