We order through their app this evening and we only received 2 out of three pizzas from our driver and even gave an 18% tip. I can’t take the tip away or I would. Pizzas were cold to the touch. Ordered an extra cheese and even paid extra for it and didn’t receive it at all. Very upset and disappointed we do large orders and this is starting to happen too much. Plus we waited over an hour to even receive our order. This is unprofessional and not at all happy. There drivers are stealing food and demanding higher tips but why should I tip prior to even receiving my order when they can’t even complete the order. I think we will be finding a different pizza place that doesn’t do this.

Honestly, it’s not this location. It’s their whole freaking company. They are definitely no longer the best deal in pizza. They’ve more than doubled in price from just 2 years ago. They theoretically offer coupons, but then they won’t take your card online. And when you call in as instructed on the website, they won’t honor online coupons. I’ve been trying to order pizza for 25 minutes, and I will NEVER order from them again unless they can somehow make up for this absolutely awful experience.

This os second time. I have ordered from this location. I’m still trying to figure out how they lose your order both times, and end up waiting to recieve cold pizza. I guess it’s not really hot and ready. The biggest issue, took employees 15 minutes to even greet me. Just walked by as if I wasn’t here.

You will lose more business than you will gain by jacking up your prices. I will not be back, neither will my friends or family. It is supposed to be a value product, we tolerate the taste, the poor service, the FILTHY glass door that hasn’t been cleaned in a year. i came in and ordered a pepperoni on cheese stuffed crust, i was charged $23 which i thought was expensive but then thought that maybe the prices changed. when the guy handed me my pizza, it was a cheese on cheese stuffed crust and a pepperoni, when i explained i only ordered one pizza and it was a pepperoni on cheese stuffed crust he took it back and then a few minutes later i heard him loudly complain to his coworker about me and how i didn’t give him the correct order when i spoke. it kinda hurt my feelings because i thought i had been clear about what i wanted

If you’re looking for a quick cheap pizza to go, Little Caesars is the place to be. But if you’re looking for a good quality pizza, or even a special-order pizza made correctly, go somewhere else. My latest order was specifically “No Sauce” and yet I open the box and what do I see? A pizza with sauce. Teens running a business with little to no quality management leads to some bad results.
