Never have lunch combo. Never have hot and ready pizza like they advertised. Never . I mean never and they never have cheese . False advertising and deceptive business practices. I’m getting a lawyer And sueing. Not right. Why stop for my lunch if they have to make everything and it’s a twenty to 30 minute wait. Rude. Act like they are not supposed to make hot and ready pizza and I’m an idiot for asking for one and expecting it to be ready as advertised. Don’t stop. Always a twenty minute minimum wait.

The pizza portal was created so customers could order online and skip the cashier correct? Even says that on there pizza box. Nope absolutely not the case here. They stack already made pizza in the back because they are to lazy to load them in the portal. But they will say its because there to busy. There to young and dumb to realize there just making there job harder with a lobby jam packed full of customers that ordered online and recieved there portal number only to find out not one pizza has been loaded in the pizza portal. I only realized this when I asked out loud in front of everyone while waiting in line hey ! Is your pizza portal broken because is dont see one pizza in there. They reply no! HEALTH HAZARD – CUSTOMERS BEWARE last night my family ordered 2 Batman cheese pizzas from this location and we love the pizza franchise, however our pizzas smelled of bleach and an odor similar to old mushrooms or mildew. Unfortunately I believe that the cheese they had in stock was old and maybe they didn’t know it but they still made the pizzas with the old cheese. The aroma wasn’t that strong but once you put the pizza up to your face you could tell something was a little off but we chalked it up to the fact that they had Parmesan sauce on the pizza. Some pieces were ok and other pieces had an awful taste and odor. I did speak with Door Dash about the quality and safety concerns and they took care of their side of things however I tried to speak with the manager “Fernando” or at least that’s the name I was given on the phone and the manager told me “sorry No hablo Ingles” . Now again I love Little Caesars my family we have no problem with this establishment however it’s really offputting that I’m trying to make them aware of a food safety concern because my family was sick the next day which is today – multiple trips to the bathroom as you can imagine and I have a really hard time believing that the manager does not speak English?? So I will be alerting the Washoe county health department so that they can do a proper inspection and I still have half of one of the pizzas which I would be glad to bring back to the store or take to the health office so they can examine/determine what exactly was in this pizza giving off that foul smell and taste which I truly believe is mold.

I’ve given this place too many chances only to be let down everytime with dry, old stale pizzas. This is last time I will go and allow any of my family members to go there. They used to be good, what happened? If you want a fresh pizza, they sigh and say “it’s gonna be an hour wait” just so they can move people along. This is unacceptable. They only serve old dry pizzas l. Doesn’t the managers read these reviews.
