I’ve ordered pickup from here 3 or 4 times and it has always been good. (For a Little Caesars). People might not be especially friendly but they were professional enough for my taste. All in all I do recommend this establishment.

The worst lilttle Caesars pizza I ever tasted myself and my daughter came in on Monday 31. Ordered at the counter told it would be a 15 min wait.. fine.. It turned to a 40 min wait. Ok, we got our food and left. When we got home to eat the pizza was sloppy and dry.. how? The bread stick were burnt and Inedible. So I called to ask for a manager and Maya a k a Monica the manager answered the phone. I explained what happened and she laughed told me to bring it back I explained I had to work and couldn’t make it back. I offered to bring it the next day untouched she said it had to be the same day. What a joke! Now I’m out almost 40 bucks with 3 hungry teens who would eat anyway but this!! I will not EVER go back!! Unprofessional and Rude!! Do better.

I ordered a pizza to be delivered 20 min later a pizza shows up nearly RAW I called and angry Bryan refunded my money he said to order again so I did. Pizza never showed up their counter person have it to someone else he said he would refund. I wake up today no refund called the store some Mexican manager that barely speaks english says I have to call doordash because it’s their fault even though their person gave it away so I get screwed out of $25

I got the pepperoni stuffed crust. I added additional bacon , olives , & Mushrooms . With extra sauce & cheese . Little Caesars is getting way better. Just got to put your additionals on it. Definitely order your pizza this way you will not be disappointed. It came out to $24 & it was absolutely worth it.

The pizza was not even hot when we got it and the put hellllllaaaa pepperoni on it that was basically wasted because we weren’t going to eat all of it. Just not the best experience and the people were Hella slow at making the order so it took like 45 min when it should only take like 15 20 min. Very annoyed

This location will mess up your order and make you pay for it. I highly recommend going to any other location considering that there is one location that is .1 mi further at least from my location I recommend going to any other location rather than prater.

HEALTH HAZARD – CUSTOMERS BEWARE last night my family ordered 2 Batman cheese pizzas from this location and we love the pizza franchise, however our pizzas smelled of bleach and an odor similar to old mushrooms or mildew. Unfortunately I believe that the cheese they had in stock was old and maybe they didn’t know it but they still made the pizzas with the old cheese. The aroma wasn’t that strong but once you put the pizza up to your face you could tell something was a little off but we chalked it up to the fact that they had Parmesan sauce on the pizza. Some pieces were ok and other pieces had an awful taste and odor. I did speak with Door Dash about the quality and safety concerns and they took care of their side of things however I tried to speak with the manager “Fernando” or at least that’s the name I was given on the phone and the manager told me “sorry No hablo Ingles” . Now again I love Little Caesars my family we have no problem with this establishment however it’s really offputting that I’m trying to make them aware of a food safety concern because my family was sick the next day which is today – multiple trips to the bathroom as you can imagine and I have a really hard time believing that the manager does not speak English?? So I will be alerting the Washoe county health department so that they can do a proper inspection and I still have half of one of the pizzas which I would be glad to bring back to the store or take to the health office so they can examine/determine what exactly was in this pizza giving off that foul smell and taste which I truly believe is mold.
