Food/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 – Combo #2 with a large 3 meat pizza, crazy bread, and sauce for $11.99. The pizza was good, a bit on the oily side but good. Generous with the topping, good amount of sauce, and the crust was very soft. The crazy bread was crazy bad though… Something about the bread or cheese on top gave it a chalky texture on top

What can I say. It’s a Little Ceasers. The quality was fairly consistent but is plummeting. I’m takeing three stars because they always are skimpy on the toppings and lately it has been getting worse and worse. It’s not to standard and just because it’s cheap pizza is not an excuse to be lazy. MORE TOPPINGS. I pay for them and I expect to get them. Not to mention they don’t even spread them out.

I ordered a pizza with extra mushrooms and extra cheese. I get it home and it had about 8 mushrooms on it and it looked as though someone may have waved some cheese in the general direction of the dough. But, the good news is that it was severely overcooked so there were fewer ingredients that got burned.

Wow! Seems as if this place is ran by lackluster, brainless, lazy, unprofessional staff. Gone here a handful of times (stopped going for sometime now) and met with some young girl that stares blankly at you, never says a word even when asked a question and walks away (3 separate occasions with same person). Inconsistent pizzas that are either only half covered with cheese or covered past the crust including the sauce, so there is nowhere to hold the pizza without getting sauce and grease everywhere. Or it is overcooked, burnt, and hard other times. Saw a post in the reviews where green and black mold was found inside the baked dough and served!! Does no one have any pride in their work ethics around here? This is also a heavily populated military city and this is how one pays respect to their community?? Absolutely disgusting all around.

Went to the drive-thru and order a pepperoni and cheese pizza was told to pull to the front all they were waiting on was the cheese pizza . Waited for 30 mins and nothing went inside and the girl said omg I am so sorry and gave me a free bag of bread sticks like I wanted a bag of bread sticks. I don’t recommend to go to this establishment

The food at this restaurant is usually good but be prepared for a very long wait. I have passed up on this restaurant many times because I knew it would take forever. They have a drive thru but I really don’t understand why. They are anything but fast food. Most of my visits have trapped me in the drive thru for 20-30 mins. My most recent visit was such a disappointment. 25 mins in the drive thru to receive the worst pizza we’ve ever had in our lives (see photo). Couldn’t believe they had the nerve to serve it to us.

Great price for when I need to feed the kids something quick. Love using the pizza portal!<-- That was my review, I had to edit it due to no consistancy. Lately pizza's have been pretty dry so tonight I ordered a pizza on the app that was a plain cheese pizza with extra sauce. What I got was a dry pizza with burnt cheese on the crust. Customer service was definitely lacking from rude MOD. She could have been polite but instead said there's no option to order extra sauce on app and nothing she could do about it, and I could speak to the GM on Tuesday (3 days from now). Nice customer service

This guy Austin who works at the Little Ceasars in Alamogordo is the only reason why they are still open. Great customer service and awesome atmosphere with this guy around. He just brightens your day and gets coworkers to actually care about their job and exceed at it! Great job to Austin 🙂
