Wow! Was skeptical since we ordered so late at night, but our pepperoni pizza and crazy bread arrived sooner than expected. The pizza was hot, fresh, and the sauce was meticulously spread beneath the cheese. You could tell they put care into making it! Thanks guys.

Food/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 – Combo #2 with a large 3 meat pizza, crazy bread, and sauce for $11.99. The pizza was good, a bit on the oily side but good. Generous with the topping, good amount of sauce, and the crust was very soft. The crazy bread was crazy bad though… Something about the bread or cheese on top gave it a chalky texture on top
Ambience: n/a – ordered food to go. It feels like a mix between new and old equipment as some look like brand new and others have seen better years
Service: 5/5 – the 5 is specifically for the male cook that stepped out to assist. He was patient while we looked over the menu since the drive through had different options than inside. Friendly overall and gave us an estimated wait time that was spot on. When stepped back into the store when we realized we were missing the marinara sauce, he immediately came out of the kitchen area to assist again
There was a female cashier that had a headset on that was outside by her car (with a smoke?). She stepped in while we were waiting for the pizza, said something to her coworker, then stepped out again.
Value for price: 3/5 – decent pizza but with so much competition on the same street, probably would visit a competitor as they offer similar pizzas for cheaper price

What an utter disappointment. We have ordered here 4 times in the last 2 months and everything we’ve ordered tastes terrible. I don’t know what’s going on with this location and their dough. Our pizza is always raw! I’ve never had this bad of an experience at any other Little Caesars. We cooked the pizza longer at home and it still tasted terrible. I returned the last 2 breads that I ordered because they tasted like they had been sitting around for hours. Tonight, I made sure the bread was made fresh and it still tasted absolutely terrible. It was thick and dry on the outside and completely raw on the inside. I’m done with second chances. Unless you change your recipe and your oven temps, you’ve lost a customer for life. You will be going out of business with food like this.

I have been less and less nowadays. Only because the service has gotten so bad and in the past 5 visits I have had to wait 15 to 20 mins for as many as 2 pizzas (1 cheese& 1 Pepperoni) nothing special. Everytime there’s a wait even if there’s no line. Food isn’t to bad but there’s always to much sauce not enough toppings the bread sticks barley warm and can’t get that magical flavor of butter parmesan because there’s none on them. It’s sad to watch a place we call count on to be hot and ready be warm and tasteless.

Ordered custom pizza extra topping got a pep hot and ready. Should have checked it at the store but noticed when I got home across town. Called but they told me to bring the whole order back. Bites and bread are now getting cold with me in the lobby and I’m waiting for remake. They could have started that on the phone.

I normally love Litte Ceasars but this location has been disappointing the past 3 or 4 times. The store seems extremely understaffed and the food is not great. The staff member that helped me was very friendly and was trying to help everyone the best he could. This specific visit, the crazy bread was terrible. Dry, hard, and had no flavor or buttery topping. I keep trying to give the store another chance but it had consistently felt like a waste of money. Will not go back for another attempt.

Great price for when I need to feed the kids something quick. Love using the pizza portal!<-- That was my review, I had to edit it due to no consistancy. Lately pizza's have been pretty dry so tonight I ordered a pizza on the app that was a plain cheese pizza with extra sauce. What I got was a dry pizza with burnt cheese on the crust. Customer service was definitely lacking from rude MOD. She could have been polite but instead said there's no option to order extra sauce on app and nothing she could do about it, and I could speak to the GM on Tuesday (3 days from now). Nice customer service

Picked up pizza, on White sands, drove home to eat my deep dish supreme and it was raw, called the store and they said “can’t do anything unless you drive 15 minutes back to us.” Here is the pictures of the pizza and it in my own oven to complete the cooking process. Very disappointed-

Visited there on 9/6 around the two gentlemen were discussing how they hated it there and were only there for a paycheck. Well by the looks of my pizza they were being very honest. I spent 30 dollars there and it was the worst decision I’ve ever made. The first boxes had so.much cheese on top of the pepperoni you would think I asked for triple serving of cheese, then the 4th box fanceroni was nothing like described had less than 100 peices was drenched in oil couldn’t even digest any of it. Tried one from the hot and ready and it was just as bad. Took photos just to let you all understand what I dealt with it seemed as if the cheese was thrown on top of the pepperoni and the other pizza was dipped or sprayed with so much oil.
