Walked in not even greeted, I ordered the The most bestest and I ended up with barely any pepperoni on my pizza, my bread sticks came with a sauce and when I approached the employees, one ignored me and the other just walked to the back took a minute and than just handed the sauce to me, I said thank you and no words came out of the employees mouths at all. I only go because it’s economic, and I understand that the customer service has gone out the window now a days but this place gets worst every time I go there and I go usually every weekend. They need to train their employees better or just sell it to someone who is capable and competent!.

I may need to just start getting pizza from somewhere else, yes it cheap but customer service is horrible its non existent there. I went in to buy a pizza today 6/17/2023 the guy at the front was acting as though I was an inconvenience and he gave me my change in a fast manner, he basically threw my change at me and I almost dropped my change. Then I go back 20 mins. At 4:20pm to pick up my pizza since I was told it would be like 20 mins. I was standing in the front there is a guy there boxing pizzas he didn’t say anything to me, when he should of said we will be right with u or something but no he totally ignores me. About 10 mins later he comes to the front and looks at me doesn’t say anything to me. He should of said how can I help you. So i proceed to tell him i am.picking up my pizza he says name i give him my name he outs my order in front of me and of course i had to ask if i could have some pizza sauce. My food was also cold. I think these employees need a customer service training or something this was an all around horrible experience. And I would rather pay more money for good service then. I also saw a sign in there saying the employees treat the place as though they own it but that isn’t true based off my experience.

I come here regularly, it’s a cheap place to get decent pizza. But the last couple of times I have been here, it has been a complete trainwreck. When I order in store it takes 10 minutes to get an employee to the front to take my order, and when I tried ordering on the app, I was alerted that my order could not be put in the portals (which were all completely empty when I arrived) it still took me a couple of minutes to get an employee to the front to let them know my order should be ready, and while there I spoke with someone else who had ordered on the app and was told her food would be ready and when she arrived it was not. I would be happy to have this quick easy pizza place back if the service can improve. And I will happily amend this review if I get better service next time.

Not very good when I went there was going to be 45 minute wait for pizza plus the bread sticks and cheese bread were cold not a very pleasant experience but I will say this it might have been at that time so it might be a hit or miss

Cashier refused to let me finish my order, I asked for one pizza and she instantly replied “6.98” and then I said “can I get the cheese bread?” She replied with how much it cost again. I then asked for another item when she finally asked if I wanted anything else. The workers are in the back just playing around and singing to their music. The cashier also turns around after every customer to gossip with other people. Very bad experience. No good. When they called my name I went up to get my order & got completely ignored. The employees just stood around on their phones.

So I ordered a pizza and obviously this place doesn’t run fast 45 min late on the order I understand people get busy after the app said my order was ready I went in there told them my name said it was going to be additional 15 minutes so I gave him 17 minutes walk back in they accidentally gave my order someone else! As I’m waiting there, watching them trying to figure out what happened I watched a guy push down the trash in the trash can no gloves immediately afterwards put the cheese on a pizza!

5:20 pm 4th of July 2022 it took over an hour for three pizzas in a completely empty store. The hot n ready box was empty and the boys in the back were just playing. Poor customer service. This was my first time going back after years. Now I remember why i stopped going. Crappie service. Crappie pizza. Little Caesars.

went in and ordered a classic pepperoni pizza and stuffed crazy bread. when I got home we ate the crazy bread and went to eat the pizza and they gave us a thin crust. so my fiancce took the pizza back and had them replace it with the right order. when he got home with it it was half cooked and covered in grease. I was disgusted so I brought it back up there again and asked them to cook another one fresh and the manager said that there was nothing wrong with it and insisted that the uncooked dough was cheese. I made them give me another o e and the cashier at the front rudly checked it. and to top it all off as I was walking back our of the store for the 3rd time tonight the manager sarcastically told me to have a good night and the cashier said not to come back. so I won’t. it was the most awful experience I wouldn’t recommend you go there to buy the pizzas for your dog let alone yourself or family. 0 out of five stars. don’t ever go there.
