My Healthy Kitchen absolutely knocked it out of the park!
The Pataconcitos — air fryer roasted ripe plantains topped with shredded chicken, cheese, and fresh salad — were outstanding. The portion was huge and everything tasted incredibly fresh. The air-fried plantains were the star of the show: perfectly caramelized, slightly crispy on the outside, soft and sweet on the inside. Every bite was packed with flavor and balance.
The mixed beef and chicken shawarma wrap with pita, tahini, lettuce, pickles, red onion, and tomatoes was nothing short of amazing. The meat was tender and seasoned beautifully, the toppings were crisp and fresh, and the tahini tied it all together perfectly. I couldn’t get enough — bold, vibrant flavors in every bite.
On top of the incredible food, the service was on point — friendly, welcoming, and efficient. You can tell they truly care about quality and the customer experience.
Fresh ingredients, generous portions, amazing flavors, and top-notch service. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Everything here was great! The food is tasty and you can feel they really don’t use any unhealthy ingredients. They were so proud of it that they showed us the Olive Oil hahaha. Same with the juices, no sugar added. They also have vegan menu.
The attention was very kind. They have tables to eat there but we wanted to eat in our car because it was cold outside. And there is place to park. The place is together with a group of other food trucks.

This is a food truck and part of a small food truck park of about 5 trucks. Everything is fresh and they take great pride in showing you everything is fresh. The people are great and the helpings good size. The only downside is the food truck it is next to a car wash and dumpster. When the dryer for the car wash turns on, it is difficult to have a conversation.
4 of us came to eat and we all finished our meals and healthy drinks. 5 star on food, drinks, and service. 3 stars on atmosphere due to noise. 4 outdoor tables to sit at. This place is located at the back parking lot of the car wash. Difficult to see from the street.
I would score this a 4.5 if I could due to noise and location otherwise this is a 5 star eatery.

We arrived an hour before closing and received the most kind service! I love that they cook in olive oil, have paper bowls, and air fry instead of deep fry. I felt great eating fresh and healthy ingredients. We had the steak bowl with quinoa and air fried plantains! Everything was delicious and the chef is conscious about serving healthy food to her customers- down to the choice of cooking oil. Loved this meal and anytime I’m in Orlando I will be looking for this meal!

Enjoyed Arepa and wrap at My Healthy Kitchen in Orlando (VEGAN)/vegetarian food truck! Mila was exceptional along with the pineapple vita bliss and pure green pure life juices. Made from scratch fresh vegetables and fresh fruit and vegetables. Absolutely delight. If you’re in Orlando, make sure you stop by.
