This location is extremely hit or miss. Some days they make the coffee perfect, other days you get a mouthful of coffee grounds. Some days the food and donuts are fresh, other days the donuts are dry and the food is burnt and poorly slapped together. If you like to gamble on your food and drinks, this is the location for you.

I just now got a breakfast sandwich here.. and this is how they handed it to me. Unreal. Customer service out here is getting worse by the day. Yall need to tighten up and put some pride and care in your work. This is embarrassing. Half of a croissant cold cheese. Room temp sausage and egg. I’ll go somewhere else from now on. This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. I placed a mobile order of 2 donuts and a large latte. I stood there for 20 minutes before anyone acknowledged me and when they did my simple order wasn’t ready after it said it was. There was at least 6 people behind the counter and no one bothered to ask me anything. To top it all off the drink wasn’t even made correctly. I think it’s all family working in there and i don’t feel they know how to make the orders correctly. I will not be returning here and I suggest you to find a different place if possible.

There was no soap in the bathroom and one of rue employees had just come out of the bathroom and clearly she hadn’t used soap to wash her hands. When I told them there was no soap they just said …”oh yeah. It got over.” No one made any attempt to fill soap in the bathroom.

This location is usually pretty accurate with orders but they’re so slow it hurts. Mainly the drive thru is really so, so I typically go inside but they’ve been getting slow with that too. I wish they would just fix that issue.

There’s always about 8 people working inside here but orders still take forever, food is usually over cooked and burnt or tastes like it’s been reheated 4 times. The trash can in the drive thru is always facing towards the building so u can’t throw anything away. Lazy lazy lazy.
