I went & picked up the new Detroit deep dish pizza tonight. It was better than I expected it to be. It comes in 2 boxes and is cut almost like bread sticks. I will definitely order it again.

If you are looking for a cheap quick meal, I do not recommend this location. My friend and I went here to get a hot n ready pizza at around 7 o’clock and I am sure by seeing how many stars this review has, you guessed it wasn’t hot n ready, which would be correct. I am not sure why they advertise hot n ready between 4-8, because they are never ready. So we ordered anyway and we were quoted a 10 minute wait. We got an extra most bestest and an order of crazy bread. After about 10 minutes I went back in and it wasn’t ready, I was then quoted another 5 minutes. So I waited and then it took another 15 minutes (25 minutes total). I don’t mind waiting, I mind being lied to about the wait time. Just be honest and upfront about it. So I finally got my pizza (yay)! I took it home and the cheese was all burnt and it looked like it had been cut using a lopsided butter knife. See the picture below. Obviously I was not happy about this and was not willing to put it in my body, so I called them and told them I was coming back to get a new pizza. They were super nice about it and gave me a new pizza when I arrived. Which is why this review has 2 stars and not 1. I asked why happened to the first pizza and they said that when their pizzas sit out for too long, the moisture is removed from the cheese. If that doesn’t concern you, I am not sure what will. Not only did they admit to leaving their product out, but they also knew there was an obvious error with the pizza and still served it. How unique of a business plan. Anyway, I caution you to stay away from this place. Nice that they replaced the pizza, but after seeing the first one, I think it was clear that no one had an appetite. Just bought 2 pizzas from this location. Had them fix it twice and the pizzas were still horrible. The cheese was burnt however not even melted. Cashier was very rude and had an issue with fixing it.

Absolute worst customer service! The “manager” Mike needs a lesson on customer service! Sold me an old pizza and old cheesy bread then called me a liar and said there’s no way. When I asked to speak to his manager he refused and told me the owner Tim would be there tomorrow but when I called back and asked what time he’d be there another employee told he wouldn’t.
