This store is literal garbage when it comes to customer service. We went there probably a month ago and the lady at the register had her AirPods in and couldn’t hear what we were saying and kept saying “huh” to everything til she finally took them out. Then today we went for pick up our order and some guy came out looked at my husband, my husband acknowledged and asked how he was doing. He completely ignored my husband and went to the back to get someone else. Who the heck did you guys hire? Was there nobody else?

I rarely come to this location and I will definitely not come back. I came on my way to a park with kids. Preordered in the app so I could just run in and get it. Well within my order timeframe. I still waited 15 minutes inside while bumbling kids tried their best to make a bad situation good. Orders went out all out of order. There were 0 hot and ready pizzas at 6pm. Prices advertised on their board were not honored and the kids in there said they’ve told management that the boards need to be updated but they haven’t done it. They couldn’t modify the prices at all either. My pizzas were all overcooked and the crazy bread, was ridiculous (see photo). I really hope they get their act together.

T E R R I B L E! Thst hot n ready was over cooked and rubbery. It had to be one of those about to expire and be tossed pizzas. Idk how long the oven life is but I have never had a hot n ready so bad in my life. I woke rather be told they were cooking more now than to be sold that awful pizza. I eat little Caesars at least 5 times a month thank goodnes that is not my regular store! It makes me sad all over again. The entire pizza was trashed. I don’t care how hungry I am the next time I’m in San Tan, I will avoid this location at all costs.

The food has tasted good every time but the last two times they have made mistakes on our orders. Last time we ordered the three cheese and herb crazy puffs and they gave us the pepperoni. We ate them since we didn’t realize it until we got home, but that explained the weird looks we got when we were handed our food. This time we ordered the old world fanceroni pepperoni pizza, which is supposed to have a ton of pepperoni and it had hardly any compared to the advertised amount. Make sure to visually check your orders before you walk out of this store every time. We will continue to order from this location because it is convenient, but we will definitely be mindful of our recent experiences.

This location is terrible. This was my first visit to this particular location out near where I work. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza on the app and the stuffed crust obviously costs more. So I show up to get my pizza and it’s not done yet. As I wait I hear one of the employees say “wasn’t this supposed to be a stuffed crust?” then another said “it is a stuffed crust.” They then bring it out to me and I head home to find out that it was not stuffed and I’m out the extra money as I picked up on my way home from work and didn’t want to drive all the way back just to wait for the correct pizza. Come on guys. Man up and fix your mistakes, don’t just hand a customer a pizza you know is wrong and hope they don’t notice.

I mean it’s Little Ceasars it’s not bad for the price even though they no longer have 5$ pizzas anymore. However today my exta most bestest pizza. Doesn’t see to meet the standard it claims. There is so much crust on this pizza it was not worth my money today. Very disappointed. Customer service was good so that’s why I didn’t give it 1 star.

If you are looking for a cheap quick meal, I do not recommend this location. My friend and I went here to get a hot n ready pizza at around 7 o’clock and I am sure by seeing how many stars this review has, you guessed it wasn’t hot n ready, which would be correct. I am not sure why they advertise hot n ready between 4-8, because they are never ready. So we ordered anyway and we were quoted a 10 minute wait. We got an extra most bestest and an order of crazy bread. After about 10 minutes I went back in and it wasn’t ready, I was then quoted another 5 minutes. So I waited and then it took another 15 minutes (25 minutes total). I don’t mind waiting, I mind being lied to about the wait time. Just be honest and upfront about it. So I finally got my pizza (yay)! I took it home and the cheese was all burnt and it looked like it had been cut using a lopsided butter knife. See the picture below. Obviously I was not happy about this and was not willing to put it in my body, so I called them and told them I was coming back to get a new pizza. They were super nice about it and gave me a new pizza when I arrived. Which is why this review has 2 stars and not 1. I asked why happened to the first pizza and they said that when their pizzas sit out for too long, the moisture is removed from the cheese. If that doesn’t concern you, I am not sure what will. Not only did they admit to leaving their product out, but they also knew there was an obvious error with the pizza and still served it. How unique of a business plan. Anyway, I caution you to stay away from this place. Nice that they replaced the pizza, but after seeing the first one, I think it was clear that no one had an appetite. I came to this location 230 on Monday, December 2. The gentleman with glasses helped me at the counter super sweet made my food fresh. Best pizza I’ve had from Little Caesars and breadsticks hands-down thank you it hit the spot.
