Ordered a classic acai bowl with an extra topping of mango, which cost more. The mango pieces were not ripe at all, like HARD and CRUNCHY. You can tell by just looking at it, not sure how someone doesn’t notice that it isn’t ripe as they’re handling it. On top of that, the girl who was taking the order was unpleasant and standoffish. Acai itself was fine.

You know you’re in trouble when you question the employee ‘what is pitaya?’ and she say’s “I don’t know; it’s pink?” I then asked if she could asked someone and she continued to look clueless. When we ate the bowls we found the Acai was frozen chunks rather then a creamy base. Big failure. They have cameras in the checkout line so owners rewind the video camera and you can see/hear for yourself.
