This little ceasers store is the prime example of how not to operate any business. So first off the customer service here is very poor and that is to be blamed solely on management for allowing their employees to conduct themselves inappropriately from cursing in front of customers to eating while taking orders at the register etc.. Secondly management has not properly trained their employees on basic hygiene and how to properly prioritize; first time I had order from here I waited about over an hour which was understandable due to only one employee preparing the food. But, after today for the second time ordering from here and seeing they were fully staffed management still fell so far behind on getting the orders out on time I had waited an extra 29 minutes after arriving to pick up my order at 8:40pm when it should’ve been ready by then as I placed my order at 8:15pm. And to make the experience just so much more worse was that the highly inexperienced staff members ended up burning my pizza and smashing the bread sticks for being so apathetic and lazy, the atmosphere at this place is very toxic by just observing how the staff members interact with each other. But, they shouldn’t take their frustrations out on the customers by purposely abusing the food they are buying; it’s a shame on managements end that they would allow bad quality food be served and not checking what their staff members are serving. Everyone who I had spoken to from my first visit until my second visit waiting for our food has nothing good to say about this establishment. So I believe that I truly speak for all of us here in this community, to the owner of this franchise close this business down there is no reason for wait times to be over an hour long and for poor quality service. You have failed this community by providing the bare minimum service and respect towards yours customers. Do not waste your time here anyone your better off traveling a little further to any other location besides this one. You will regret your decision if you decide to purchase any food from here.

One of the worst experiences I’ve had in a restaurant. Went to order some pizzas and some cheese sticks. Not only were they rude but they refused to make the cheese sticks and 2 times they made crazy bread instead of sticks. They just refused to serve us with any ounce of respect. I dont wanna assume it was because of our race, but other people, being Hispanic, were treated similarly. Absolutely horrendous behavior and wont be visiting any time soon.

This is absolutely the trashiest little ceasers. They are set up to steal money from you. If they don’t have an item to fulfill an order they will mark it done, have you come down and then tell you what was out of stock, even if that’s you’re entire order. Absolute scum bags.

They said it would be a fifteen minute wait for my two five dollar ( well not like 6.50$) pizzas and I ended up being there waiting over 45 min. On top of that the pizza was dry and cold. My family barely ate it. All while waiting listening to a few other people complain and harass the poor employee at the counter. It’s not her fault. She wasn’t making the pizzas.

This is the worst location to go to. The staff is always extremely rude and never happy to be working. I went in three different times this week and I was told on one of the days that it would take 30mins. to 1hour for one pizza I was trying to order. I hope a manager sees this review and really gets this location up to par with staff that wants to be there and actually work. I mostly see the young staff on their phones and always with an attitude. I really suggest you get things turned around before you go out of business.

The good news is that the pizza is cheap. Under $8 out the door. Hot and Ready is a huge exaggeration. We went to Little Caesars at 24th and Baseline on a Wednesday at 4pm. No pizzas were ready. The staff of 3 was not that busy but had a difficult time keeping up with a mild flow of customers. If you want cheap pizza, it comes at a cost and that cost is your time.

Arrived at 8:01pm, me as well as other customers had to stand around waiting to even order because nobody was up front to take an order. Ordered at 8:18pm. Pizza was handed to me at 9:02pm. Seriously? A Hot N Ready took an hour to get?

Tried to order pizza for kids and the cashier was trying to do her best to learn the register. The female Manager on duty was shouting at the poor young cashier non stop. For a Manager she has no professional or managerial skills.
