This was by far the best service I’ve ever had at a Tim Hortons. That’s not saying I’ve ever really had a bad experience, but this location was amazing. They were polite and friendly. We had a slightly difficult order, kids and vegetarians in the car, and they nailed it. Not only did they get the food right we had the food within a minute of getting to the window. This was not pre-made stuff we were handed either. I will always go back to this location from now on.

Came here this afternoon. All their lunch items was out so they only had breakfast. I ordered the farmers wrap knowing they didn’t have hash browns in stock. As well as their Oreo Iced Cap and a donut. While I waited for my order the staff member was yelling out for help since the drive through got backed up. I heard this person saying they are suppose to be off the clock and can’t stay any longer. I felt bad for this person as I over heard their complaint since the drive thru window was open. Unfortunately my wrap was burnt and I got food poisoning. I felt they were feeling rushed and under pressure while making my drink/sandwich. I was just reading the reviews and I agree about the staffing issue here. Hopefully management can fix this because it’s not OK with how they are running things. I feel bad for the employees.

Very unfortunate experience with staff taking the order. Younger girl with long brown hair and piercing above her lip was extremely rude and short. When asking for a donut for my younger brother all she had to say in a very snotty tone was “we are out of pretty much everything.” On a Friday morning at 6:45 am that is very unfortunate, but the least she could do was handle the situation with a nicer tone. This establishment used to be much nicer and has sense gone down so quick.

12 cars in drive through, so went in. Eventually five people behind me inside. Stood there for 10 minutes as all employees walked by without a word serving drive through only. Left empty handed. Might as well close the dining room. What’s the point?
