I waited 30 MINUTES for a sausage pizza and breadsticks. And this is what my pizza looked like when I looked at it. The staff was rude and lazy. The store inside and out was dirty. Breadsticks was cold. I will never go here again and I don’t recommend this store to anyone. The one on McDowell and 44th is way better. This store needs to be cleaned up or shut down. The persons name that took the order was Anna.. she also was lazy.

I spent all morning struggling with an overheating car in the Phoenix summer heat and eventually limped my car into the parking lot of this location. I had to wait for an extremely long time for a tow. I was hungry and dehydrated from a long, hot morning.

We ordered a simple pepperoni pizza online and arrived 20 minutes later to pickup and we then waited about 50 minutes in the store before getting frustrated with the wait so we just ended up walking out with nothing. Every time we asked for an update, they just kept giving us an extended amount of time and said they are running low on ingredients so the walk-in customers are being prioritized and got their orders before I did even though I arrived way before. I will never be coming back and do not recommend this location.

I just placed a delivery order through the official app. My most bestest was old and reeked of yeast. My thin crust was an equally old hand tossed pizza NOT thin crust. And the best way to tell was that the pretzel crust was not pretzel but a fresh hand tossed crust with a ton of salt all over the entire pizza. You guys are terrible at cutting pizzas too. This was a disaster.

This place is such a disaster. If you are reading the reviews and thinking about placing an order, please do yourself a favor and save your evening by going anywhere else. It’s insane – this is a massive corporation and the pizza business is a well understood business model. Yet here I stand, waiting for a small order that is well over an hour late, with people standing in line who have been here 30 minutes longer than I have. Never, ever again.

I went to pick up an online order, I got there 10 minutes late & I still had to wait another 20 minutes for my order. While I was waiting, I watched about 10 families come & leave, because there was an hour wait on any in store orders. I’m not sure if they were short handed, or if the employees just didn’t wanna work. It didn’t seem like there were so many orders that there would have to be an hour wait. People go to Little Caesars because it’s affordable & fast. What I experienced tonight had nothing to do with fast, or “hot & ready” I’m very dissappointed about this.
