This is at least the 2nd time they have the app tell me my app order is ready 10-15 minutes before it is actually done. They estimate a time for it to be done then the app says the pizza is ready 15-20 before that. So i load up the kids and the dogs because I don’t want the pizza sitting there.. only to arrive and find out that it is t ready and won’t be ready for another 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile I have kids and dogs in the car while we have to sit and wait. I don’t understand the point.

Ordered online for pickup. When my husband arrived, he was told the pizzas were picked up by someone else. Not sure how that’s possible when you get a code for the pizza portal. Waited 15 mins for them to make the order again. Made sure to check the pizzas before leaving and they gave us the wrong order AND it had a bite taken out of it! Super unprofessional and gross.

I have yet to get a correct order. They also don’t cut the pizzas. You need a pizza cutter if you want to buy from here. If you get the correct order and you have a pizza cutter on hand It does taste pretty good!

This. Store. Is. The. Worst. I picked up a lunch combo pizza and took it back to work. I took a bite and IT WAS COMPLETELY RAW in the middle. I called the store. After 7 1/2 minutes, someone FINALLY answered the phone. They put a note on my account for a free same pizza. Okay cool. So, a few days later I called to order the lunch combo so I could just run in and pick it up. After 20 MINUTES and NO ANSWER I just hung up and figured I’d try another day. Then today, I called and after 11 1/2 MINUTES WITH NO ANSWER o finally went in and just ordered it. They gave it to me for free. But…as you can see, it’s burned. NEVER again will I go to this location!!!

My son and his friends enjoy little Caesars and that’s why I went there. Super fast service but the portions (bread, wings) were much smaller than I expected. I rated it low for atmosphere, but atmosphere is not a reason to go here!
