I work in customer service, and have never had an experience like this. I understand that this place is usually pretty busy, and normally I order on the app, but I was driving so I wanted to call. I was hung up on, not once. not twice. but three times!! i would’ve rather waited on hold. i ended up having my daughter order it on the app.

I was in on a BUSY BUSY Friday night. ‘Cocoa’ was working the counter and that guy is AMAZING! VERY BEST customer service I’ve EVER witnessed/received from a young man of his age (and I’m oldER, so I’ve witnessed a lot of young servers, in my years). Cocoa handled everyone the second they stepped in the door. He is so quick and efficient at getting their orders and taking care of pmt and never got ‘rattled’ or nervous bc there was so much going on. He took care of each order so swiftly and efficiently that there was never a line waiting, even though customers kept walking in the door. I watched him stop to very patiently and kindly help a woman install the app so she could get a Special she wanted. He never acted like he was bothered by it, nor didn’t have the time…he just seamlessly helped her and then went on to the next customer walking in. THIS GUY should be training everyone, everywhere! I told my teen grandson I’d like to take him in to watch Cocoa in action. It would be nice to have a bit of seating for those of us who can’t stand long waiting for our orders, but I didn’t mind the 15-20 minute wait bc I really enjoyed watching Cocoa do his job and interacting with customers. I came in a few days later to ask someone his name, so I could do this review. Thank you Cocoa…. you’re SO GREAT at what you do. Thank you for your kindness and efficiency. Thank you Little Caesars for hiring this guy!

Tonight I was in a rush to grab dinner. Got a hot & ready pepperoni pizza EXCELLENT considering the place is full of people everytime I go, once a week. AWSOME Workers EXCELLENT the lady w bro long hair went out of her way to make 2 custom pizzas for a impatient GUY. She & the Supervisor should get a PAY RAISE! its cheap pizza but the staff is what can make or break a place! its not hard to slice pizza its also not that hard. I admit the last time we got a pizza here the pie looked like I cut it after a long night of drinking. it also would help not having everything making noise cranked to max the music makes it hard to hear the shy kid behind the counter and the phone calls I am pretty sure I can hear that phone ring from salt lake. Still cheap normally fast food.

I went in for a quick pizza pick-up and got a cheese pizza. Unfortunately, the pizza was cold when I ate it, (only 5min away from home) although the cheese sticks were still nice and warm. Since the main dish was cold, I was quite disappointed. The prices are always good, so I’ll probably return, but I just wish the pizza had been hot.

I hate to be that guy to share a Negative Note but its either voice my opinion or Never eat another Little Carsars Pizza again or at least here in Tooele as they’re not all like this. But the last 3 x’s to having stopped in for a Pep pizza is it to much to ask to Not be so skimpy on the sauce as for me that is the key ingredient of flavor that keeps me coming back but for the longest while it only gets a dabreally where the good flavor to the pizzaI am almost positive there are many others out there who experiences the same as I but perhaps just see as a fluke.

So I ordered a Round with just cheese and extra sauce but didn’t get the extra sauce bit on the pizza so when I called the store to let’em know, all I got was background-noise and then was hung-up on.

I’ve always been a little Caesar’s hater.. (dominoes gang) but today I was very impressed with the food. Glad we tried the new items! Everyone was nice, food was awesome!!! We recommend the pretzel crust and cheese steak crazy puffs
