Live right next door and have tried all ordering options. Service is always terrible and the kids in there just beat eachother down. Nothing on them, whoever is running this thing and owns it really needs to step up. It’s apparent there is no upper management involved in even guiding these young kids how to work, they’re just simply left on their heads to figure it out.

I had to bring my pizza back after paying door dash to deliver due to the crust not fully being cooked and the bread sticks over cooked. Only what looked like to be the person in charge was the only one wearing gloves as the rest of the staff was not and watched them touching their hair, pants and eating pizza while walking around, face ext… Not once did I see any of them wash their hands I run a kitchen and I know there are safety laws when handling food. The one who I think was in charge was very friendly and remade my order and let me check it before I left. My family and I love their pizza but after seeing what I just witnessed not sure I will be ordering from them again.

Edit: I drove my terrible pizza back and the supervisor was also horrified that we’d been served it. She offered a refund or replacement (which looked and tasted MUCH better) and a dessert as an apology.

I just have to share this great experience. I was done running errands tonight and really was craving pizza so I stopped by this Little Caesars by my house to grab a quick pizza. When I got up to the window they were closed. I waved the manager down to ask if they were closed. She said” we are but what would you like? I told her it wasn’t a problem and that I could come back another time but she insisted so I asked her if she had a specific pizza. She ran back and sure enough had one and grabbed crazy bread and gave it to me. I asked her how much I owed and she told me not to worry about it and she hope that I had a wonderful night. Now I’m not saying they’re wonderful just because she gave me free pizza. Every time I come to this location, the employees are wonderful. The manager is the sweetest lady and really cares about her customers. So despite what other people think and say, I really think this is a great place and I will be back. Thank you for making my crazy night a little better!

The worst little Caesar’s. This is the 3rd time at this location. It’s 8:17 and not a single pizza made they said 20+ minute wait. The lobby is always dirty. Every single person was standing there talking instead of working.

I will not come back to this store! First we waited in the drive through for 15 mins for “hot and ready” foods. Second our pizza was gross! The taste was not good and it was crumbling and falling apart. My kids reminded me that the last time I came to this location I said we won’t come here anymore. I guess I wanted to give them another shot. Never again!! I’m sad cause I was excited to have a little Caesar’s closer. The poor boy at the window was very nice he apologized, I can say that as a positive.

Today we had a good experience. We ordered via online, service was slow, but our pizzas (pepperoni and cheese) were very good and were fresh and hot. Breadsticks were also warm and yummy. Thank you EM Little Caesars for good food tonight! Keep it up!!!

The employees are very nice and make sure that everyone is taking care of in the entrance way. Pizzas are hot and I like their deep dish. I have has both pepperoni and supreme very tasty. 9/04/2022 had the half pepperoni and garlic bread pizza yesterday. The crusts was as thick as the bread so it a true bite into a pizza. It was very enjoyable.

You know I know it’s little Caesars but when this place opened up out here it was good all around now the only time it’s good is when the older lady with the light pink hair and her crew is on. All the other crews just are not good. The pizza is either hard as a rock or not enough toppings, and I wouldn’t complain if the pizza was still 5 bucks, but almost 8 bucks , a pizza you have to have a little more care. I won’t be ordering here anymore. The herriman store is far superior which is on my way to work.
