The employees were rude, the place was chaotic, and even though it said my pizza was done in the app it took 30 minutes longer when I went to pick it up. This all could be ok as a one-off, everyone has bad days and stuff happens but to top it off the food was so discussing! It was so so salty and over buttered/seasoned we couldn’t even eat it. We threw it all out and got something else. Waste of money!

We ordered a stuffed pretzel crust pizza. It honestly looks like they forgot to put the pretzel salt on the crust when they made it, so after the my baked it, they just put an obscene amount of pretzel salt on the pizza part where it would stick. A third of the pizza was inedible because of the mass amounts of salt. SUPER disappointing. They also didn’t update the app or maybe it actually did take that long for our simple order to be ready…. Either way I waited forever and finally just showed up because our pizza had been “in the oven” for 30 minutes.

When this location first opened the Pizza quality was pretty good. Tonight though was a big disappointment. Ordered the “extra most bestest” and what we got wasn’t even the equivalent of a Hot n’ Ready! Hardly any pepperoni and the crust wasn’t very good. Hopefully the quality will get back to what it was!

Don’t get the extra most bestest sausage pizza at this location. I’ve made the mistake three times now so back to the Saratoga location I guess . First time there was an entire slice without any sausage on it, second time half the pizza didn’t have cheese on it, and this time two slices only had one piece of sausage and it has about half the amount it should. The pepperoni pizza is always fine though haha.

The pizza was burnt and had no sauce. When I asked for it to be remade I was told all the pizza was coming out burnt and they didn’t know why. So they could remake it but it would still most likely be burnt. It was not as burned when remade but my thin crust has no sauce and is like cardboard. Not sure what happened it used to be so good.

My original review was 4 stars (see review below) but then the wait made me late for school two consecutive times in a row of me going. I still love Little Caesar’s but what I don’t love is missing the first 15 minutes of English.
The pizza is good, but very inconsistent. Some times there’s not enough cheese. I love the Italian cheese bread with my whole heart. The drive through line usually moves pretty fast. Pretty good location.

The Little Caesars on Pony Express Parkway in Eagle Mountain is consistently known for terrible customer service, rude staff, and unacceptable waits. The poor treatment and reports of management issues make it a complete waste of time and money.
Avoid the frustration and drive to the Little Caesars in Saratoga Springs instead. That location offers the quality and value you expect, delivered with courtesy. Please take your business there.

This location has become a complete disappointment. They advertise “Hot and Ready,” but the food is never hot, nor is it ready. The staff consistently show no sense of customer service or desire to assist. While I understand many employees are teenagers, their lack of training and professionalism is unacceptable, and the adults on staff are just as unhelpful—if not worse.
To make matters worse, every time I’m told to “just order through the app,” the app has several issues. When it does work, I have to wait longer when I arrive after I have been given the notification that my order is ready. This makes the entire process frustrating and unreliable.
