Wow.. kid taking orders was nice enough. Took almost 20 min for 2 pizzas and bread sticks. Bread sticks don’t even look like they’ve been cooked, limp and doughy. I think they forgot the sauce on both pizzas. Whoever was in the back, not sure how many, but they sure were having a good time goofing off and being loud. NO HOT AND READY READY!!!! Do better!!! And no where to sit! Seriously if you’re going to make people wait, put out some chairs!!!

Friendly staff and awesome staff!! We love going there for a quick bite . Elizabeth, Destiny and Phoebe, Nancy, Jasmine Alex and Ethan are a power team! Quick service, and they keep a clean store too. Service is always because they get you out of there as quick as possible. There are several places to eat pizza in our town, but my kids always request Little Cesears on Blue Lakes.

I ordered pretzel crust with cheese sauce and this is what I got. The phone number that’s listed does not work and I live in filer so I can’t drive back so they can fix my order. I really love the pretzel crust with the cheese sauce mainly because it’s something different. I am not too pleased

Ordered online and was supposed to be ready by 5:54. Timed it perfectly for the football game. Got there at 5:56. Was not in the pizza portal. For some reason it was sitting on the shelf behind it and I had to ask for it. Not a huge deal, except the pizza was cold and had to wait a few minutes extra. Then got home, and we all were ready to dig in and inspected the pizza and realized it was not stuffed crust like what was ordered. Called to notify them and to let them know the issue so they could remake the pizza properly and have it ready when I arrived and not have to wait in the lobby. Was on hold for 7 minutes. Arrived and brought the incorrect pizza back. Asked to keep the pizza that we had all touched, for the inconvenience of having to make two trips and my time etc. Wouldn’t expect they could sell it or eat food others had touched. They refused. More than likely would not have left negative review even with everything else that had gone wrong had they just given us the incorrect pizza they messed up.

Placed an online order for pickup of just 3 crazy breads. order was placed at 6:17pm- we got to the parking lot at about 6:30 and we waited an hour for them- we didn’t get our order till 7:13pm. there was only 4 other people in there when we arrived to pickup our order. this is total bullshit to wait an hour for some bread. i don’t know what kind of staff you have working there but this is just unacceptable- it should not take an hour to make some breadsticks.

Place has went down hill. Always a wait!! The pizza is never consistent and the staff is completely rude. No communication at this store either nobody seems to know what the next is doing!! Pizza is either burnt or so thin it’s nothing but grease.

Person in the cashier wispering and a careless atitude. Seemed very rude at the moment of charging my card. Gave someone else my order ,that other person told her that she ordered something different. Then I came forward to ask for my order and she tried to give me a different order. Then she called me a lier that she was calling my name. I was standing there for 40min. My kids waiting in the car did not get there pizza. Thankfully the manager reimbursed my money in the card but did not offer anything else not even an apology.
