After watching an employee grab a box of the puff poppers right after we ordered online , my wife when in to request fresh ones. They gave us the old ones & didn’t notice till leaving. Had to turn around to take them back while our Detroit pizza sat in the car. We get a poor excuse for poppers & half the pizza was bare. No cheese or toppings!!! This isn’t this first time & I will never return !!! Complete garbage that we threw away!

Came in for two pizzas, they forgot half of my pizza toppings so I had to drive 15 mins back just to get my pizza remade. However that experience was great, the man who helped me calmly and quickly understood the situation and remade my pizza and even gave me a free 2 liter! Not too bad just the order accuracy was my problem

This is nothing against the workers at all, the lady working was apologetic and I know this will make me sound entitled however when you pay for a service and it goes the complete opposite way with zero communication or direction is infuriating.
I ordered delivery through the app and it was accepted and processed but come to find out they use a third party service for delivery. We found out that they used DoorDash which normally isn’t a problem however we live on a military base and the driver that accepted the order didn’t have access and we had no way of contacting them. Over an hour of calling trying to figure out who to talk to just for us to have to drive up to the store to be told they can’t do anything because it’s third party… a delivery issue. Had to contact a completely different support agent to cancel the order and get a refund 10-12 days later..
Zero transparency when it comes to their delivery service and no accountability for how they go about vetting delivery addresses.

Showed up to get the crazy puffs once again and lo and behold. They are about half the size they normally are. I don’t know if this is some bullshit. Y’all are doing, but it’s frustrating that the photos on the menu look huge and when they first came out it was bigger than what I received. Not even thicker than my finger waste of my money if you’re losing money on these products remove them on the menu and not screw over your customer base.

We ordered an ExtraMostBestest sausage pizza tonight. I’m including photos of what they advertise and what we got (mind you, this is representative of the whole pizza). In addition to having very little sausage, the crust was completely undercooked. SO not worth the hype. A $17 pizza with almost no meat that ended up being $29 with tax, delivery fees and tip? Don’t bother.

Went in today to place an order. My food looked fine but I couldn’t even bring myself to eat it. In store I glanced behind the counter and saw quite a few bugs roaming/flying around, it made my stomach turn. The whole place REEKED! I dont know what I was smelling but i had to plug my nose and try not to gag.

Little Ceasars is pretty good considering their prices are still in the “cheap” area in an economy where a whopper now costs around 8 or 9 bucks. Let’s face it, it’s kind of nice to be able to pick up a pizza on the fly for 7 or 8 bucks and call it a day. My rating, which can only reflect 3 stars, actually is more like a 3.5.

Ordered 4 pizzas only got 2, customer service hot line a joke. Blamed on door dash for not getting the order right, Pass the buck. Would have to pay another tip and Delivery fee to get the rest of my order. Lies and scams. Order from Pizza Hut, Dominos, Mods, Blackjack and Papa Johns. Better pizza and they won’t steal your money, and blame it on some one else.
