We love El Maguey! We come here often! My husband will run into one of the guys out and about and he knows him! I love when Maggie takes our order. She is always above and beyond! She will bring $$ change and the food to the car on cold days! She’ll let you change your order when you’re being indecisive and not make you feel bad about it and the food is 10/10! Some of the best Mexican food we’ve had in Idaho. We love El Maguey. Worth the drive to Kimberly for GOOD Mexican food!!!

If you’re looking for “cenaduria” style meal, this is the spot! That means a meal that tastes homemade with fresh ingredients. Aren’t sure what to order, I don’t think you’ll go wrong with anything. We stopped for a quick roadtrip bite and had the chicken roll tacos, quesabirria, tacos de asada, and a mangonada. Everything tasted amazing, the flavor of the quesabirria was perfect, and the roll tacos are way above the expectations of your quick taco truck, definitely should try. The staff is wonderful and makes your experience even better. Thank you El Maguey for an amazing lunch! This will definitely be a stop we continue to make on our roadtrips!

I have been there multiple times for their amazing breakfast burritos. But today I tried their fish taco for the first time and I’ve had a lot of fish tacos. This was by far the best fish taco I’ve ever had. I also don’t leave very many reviews.
