Waited 20 minutes to order while the employees were walking by everyone singing and dancing like no one else was there. After finally ordering we waited another 20 minutes for the food they gave it to us raw nothing on the 2 pizzas were cooked, also the bread sticks were under cooked and was dripping butter ended up eating something else after reading other people’s reviews. THERE WAS A COOKED BEETLE UNDER OUR PIZZA!!! Thank god we picked up the literal first piece w the bug under it. The manager said sorry but really didn’t put much effort into doing anything?? 2 girls in back talking and laughing bc we came back in and complained. Idk if the glove policy has just disappeared or what. Pretty grossed out and def won’t be back.

There was a line of 3 people and it took 20+ minutes to get the food out with 5 workers. I got the puffs and they’re little hockey pucks. Completely burnt and not a lick of sauce. They were also much thinner than they are suppose to be.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! This place is ridiculous! My husband went in and ordered a EMB pepperoni, the girl taking the order rang it up as a EMB sausage. He made sure to get pepperoni. I passed a piece to my daughter and saw that the pizza was not a EMB!! Hardly any cheese or sauce, and crust was super thin. I called to explain this to them, the first girl was nice and understanding. I told her I couldn’t turn around because my daughter had to be at school in 30 mins and we are headed that way. She said I could come in and get a new one made for me when I had the chance to come back. I said thank you and hung up. 5 mins later the “manager” calls stating that if I don’t come back now with the pizza that I will get a refund or a new pizza made. I told her I couldn’t and she said that there was nothing she could do. So I asked if I could talk to her boss and she said he would be in around 4pm, that won’t work for me as I work and can’t just come back. I asked her if there was anything else that I could do, like send her pictures as she stated that she made the pizza herself!! She said I would have to send it to a gmail account, I asked for that information and she couldn’t or wouldn’t give it to me. She was extremely rude, so I stated I would call another location and see if they could help me. She stated “good luck, but they won’t” she a laugh. Needless to say, I called another location and they in fact will help me and I will never return to this location ever again!

They put orders in the portal not complete and then hide in the back when customers are picking up orders. Literally had to yell after few minutes of nothing… finally to get someone from the back upfront while i saw two of them back there just chatting it up.. one even knew the order was complete cause i asked for sauce and they yelled from the back, I know, terrible customer service but I mean it is to be expected I guess.

I came here to get a pizza and I got attended by Adeline Z which she was SO DISRESPECTFUL and apart of that she was unhygienic and it gave this place such a terrible image!! If you plan coming here avoid her she’s so unprofessional and should be FIRED!!!
