Typically, gas station food doesn’t inspire much excitement, but Carl’s Jr. truly exceeded our expectations. The service was outstanding from start to finish—our food arrived quickly, and the employees were exceptionally helpful, prompt, and genuinely kind. We were thoroughly impressed, and their fantastic customer service made our meal even more enjoyable. Thank you, Carl’s Jr., for a wonderful experience!

This restaurant is about 15 minutes from my house so I drove over there because I was really craving a famous star. I was very disappointed. The Famous star was completely bland no flavor whatsoever then I ordered an iced coffee and they had to remake it several times and still couldn’t get it correct not even the manager knew how to make it and the Manager should definitely know how to make everything on the menu correctly. Finally, I got sick of waiting so I just took the coffee even though it tasted disgusting hopefully somebody can get in there and train the employees properly.

Nicest people – seriously – every one. The tables were spotless and clean, same for the floors. I wanted a Famous Start without meat – with onion rings inside versus the new standard fried zuchinis (since CKE lost their mind and pulled the Beyond Famous Star (which is not the franchisee nor their employee’s fault) Best on I can recall getting – the whole burger including the lettuce – had this been promoted with pictures? Would “look just like the picture) sorry someone accidentally scarfed half of it, messing it all up before the pic…so delicous

Just came thru drive thru and was ordering a famous star combo with star nuggets, the lady Crisly was super pushy and would not let me speak at all. After I said slow down and would like it large she then proceeded to tell me that the chicken is 12-15 minute wait or longer at the moment. Just super rude so I said I will leave.
Now I know the stars take 2:30 seconds so I call the store and ask for the manager and she answers and says she is the manager and that’s what it takes. I explained to her that chicken stars don’t take that long and she changed her time and said oh I thought u meant tenders?? Just if she wasant so pushy and talking over people I think she would do better.

Don’t bother going to this Carl’s Jr. They cut their portions and raised their prices to the point of basically stealing. I ordered a medium Santa Fe Chicken sandwich combo and a Crispy Chicken sandwich. What I got were 2 sandwichs would make McDonald’s look good and and just enough fries to make a laughing stock of every employee there. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

It took almost 30 minutes for me to get a single burger and 3 tenders only for the burger to have a long black hair in it. Haven’t been here in years and def won’t be back now.
