Ordered online. Selected well done on my pizzas and these are clearly not well done. Honestly they’re still kind of doughy. The girl at the window with blue hair was attentive and kind but I wish I’d have checked my pizza before I left to head home.

I’ve never had a problem here before theyre always on point but today I had eaten half of my stuffed crazy bread and I thought to myself this taste weird but I thought was trippin so i continued eating until I got halfway and decided to open it up to see that it’s still raw. Only reason they got 2 is because we ended up with pizza at all!! We ordered online and waited for the email. Got the email and went to pick up pizza only for someone to say “they couldn’t find it” and would need to remake it. About 10 min later got another email saying it was done, another 10 minutes and someone came from the back called my name sat my pizza on the counter and walked away. No my bad or nothin, didn’t wait to make sure the right person got it, just walked away. Horrible customer service and the pizza could’ve been cooked longer…. Ridiculous!!

Placed a delivery order and received 1 of 4 items on a no contact delivery. I drive up to the store to get the rest of my order, and I am essentially told it is my fault because I’m supposed to “yell at the driver” if something is missing. On top of that, when I showed a picture of my receipt to the cashier, he just shrugged and said “sure,” as if I made the whole story up? When I told the clerk it was a leave-at-door delivery and didn’t have a chance to “yell at the driver,” he said it is my responsibility to leave a note to remind the driver to make sure they have my entire order???? What a joke of an operation you guys have going on. No grasp of customer service whatsoever.

The pizza is exactly what you get at that price point. I don’t prefer it, but it is cheap if you need a lot of them for say a kid’s birthday party. It’s also a great idea to use the app. This store gets busy, so if you order at the counter, you could end up waiting a bit during the busy hours.

I made an order online and when I got there I got my order out of the portal and checked it and it was wrong. I asked for what I ordered and they said they can’t make that just because it is available online their franchise owner won’t let them make it even tho they have all the ingredients. So I asked to speak to the manager because I paid for one of the more expensive pizzas and they thought it would be alright to substitute it with the cheapest pizza on the menu without telling me. I asked for a refund and the manager refused to refund me because I purchased online. I had zero success getting a refund by going through it online at all despite reaching out several different ways to corporate never a response.

I can’t brag enough about the excellent work this location and their people did for us. We ordered 176 pizzas for a school function. They had the pizza hot and ready for us at 10:45am and helped me load the pizza up. They kicked butt!!!!!!

Sixth time in a roll, I’ve tried to go by in the last 2 weeks and told there’s at least a 30 minute wait for pepperoni pizza. False advertisement…hot and ready. Horrible customer service at the window, if anybody he even comes to the window. And don’t try calling on the phone ahead of time before you drive there. because they don’t answer the phone either. I guess we will be forced to drive across town to another location from now on.
