Placed an order over the phone was told half hour. So i showed up the kid at the register tells me still needs more time. Ok no problem. 45 mins go by im still there watching everyone come and go with their orders. Finally the guy in the kitchen that seen me walk in 45 mins prior asks me what am i waiting for. I tell him i placed a phone order and was told it wasn’t ready he ask for the name i tell him and grabs in off the counter right in front of him. The kid that told me to wait must not know how to read cause he literally looked at that pizza and told me to wait as if it wasn’t mine. So now i got a cold pizza soggy fries and nasty wings. The last time i placed an order asked for extra ingredients on it was told sure charged for it paid it and got home to. Cheese pizza smh food is good but over the headaches. Not worth the back and forth.

I rarely leave bad reviews, but this place earned it. This was a very disappointing experience. Customer service was awful from start to finish. Staff were unhelpful, unfriendly, and showed zero concern for customer satisfaction, top of that a staff member was openly vaping inside the restaurant, facing the customer which is unsanitary and unprofessional. Customer service was already bad, but that alone was enough to lose my business. Management seriously needs to step up.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent order from your restaurant.
I ordered a rice platter that, according to the menu on your website, was supposed to include grilled chicken, kebab skewers, and hummus. However, I only received the rice and chicken. When I called to address the issue, the cashier told me, “It’s not my problem, I don’t know which menu you’re looking at,” even though I was referring to your official online menu.
He then informed me that the kebab and hummus were not included because they were unavailable, but this was never communicated to me before completing the order. I had guests visiting from out of town, and this situation caused me embarrassment. In addition, I had ordered extra salad, which was not delivered either.
I paid $75 and received only rice and chicken, which is unacceptable given the cost and what was advertised. I expected better communication and service from your staff.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and offer a proper resolution.

A couple times I’ve ordered take out , I went in there physically ordered and left to come back for the food , when I come back to pick it up the last couple of times they still haven’t even started the food until I asked them about my order as they were both just sitting there playing on their phones . On top of that the food wasn’t fully cooked. I’m not sure that anyone knows how to do their jobs anymore , it’s ridiculous.

If I can give a zero I would. From the unfriendly staff to cashier to making us wait an hour and 20 minutes for a pizza that’s been just sitting on the counter for at least 40 minutes I do not know or understand how this business is still up. WOREST EXPERIENCE EVER! WILL NEVER GO BACK!
