Lobby door was locked at 7:57 pm when on their store hours it says lobby closes at 9 pm. It took 20 minutes to get two pizzas. An EMB pepperoni and an EMB cheese. From what I could see there was only two people, with one of them wearing earbuds while they work. I dont know how they run their store but I don’t think you’re supposed to have earbuds in. Safety and security issue in case anything were happen. Didn’t ask me if I wanted any crazy bread or any butter garlic parm on my pizzas at all.

The two girls working at little Caesar’s in Pampa 02/23/2026 suck. They didn’t even answer the phone then left our order on the counter without saying a word to us. I’d suggest firing both of them because they were rude and I will never return with that kind of Behavior from employees. Both of them were Hispanic girls.

You can’t even order through the app and pick up at the window. They make you go in to pick up your online orders. I just keep my business with dominos, they will even take it out to you to hour vehicle if you choose carside delivery. Little Caesars wont even let you pick up your order at the window. Im not getting my kids out of the car to go inside when I used to just be able to puck up through the window.

I absolutely love the pretzel crust pizza. Being from GermanyI’m always in the mood for a good pretzel and the pretzel pizza hits the spot. I’ve ordered the pretzel crust three times now and every single time the manager has had the audacity to look me in the face and tell me that regular pizza dough is a pretzel crust because it has salt on it. She told me that the salt is what makes it a pretzel crust. I have stood in front of the manager showing them a regular pizza and was told it was a pretzel pizza. This most recent time she hung up on me after telling me, yet again, I don’t know what I’m talking about. She wanted me to give her the pizza back after I told her I threw it away because it wasn’t what I had ordered.

This place is a joke this is the second time I’ve been the first time I went they had no cheese what is essential at a pizza place second time I waited in line behind a door dasher and they literally told him to pull up and then hid for twenty minutes never came to the window the doors were locked and they weren’t supposed to be closed until 10 and it was 920. Everytime I have been here they were rude slow nothing that I wanted and I end up leaving with nothing as I did tonight or pissed off because of the God awful service I received I do not recommend this place to anyone. Any other pizza place is better than this one. If I want little ceasers I will drive an hour before I ever go back there.
