I’m really trying to understand how I can order custom pizza’s with extra sauce, yet get home 30 minutes away and have absolutely no sauce. This has happened multiple times, I complain yet it is still not rectified. Is there a franchise owner or someone affiliated with the store that monitors these reviews?! The sticker on my box literally reads “Sauce: 2X2X” but as you can tell from the picture, there is none!

Great for the price, not always the most consistent food or service. I’ve had poorly made pizzas here before but not often and for the price hard to complain. I’ve had them forget my marinera sauce before and had to come back, but other than that it seems like a well run staff. Restaurant is clean inside as well.

I have gone the last 3 times to pick up my pizzas and my cheese pizza barely has cheese on it. It makes me mad because I even pay for extra most best but get hardly any cheese. I will be contacting corporate because this has happened way too many times.

Great convince ordering on app. for teens to grab pizza when they want. Wish they would use the no contact self serve option where your pizza is there waiting, you’ve paid, you get to step in enter your code, bypass any line and your out. Quickly BUT this location in Lumberton doesn’t use the grab and go most times.

My kids wouldn’t eat the pizza. They said it tasted funny, I think it was the pizza sauce. The breadsticks were good, though, when eaten with garlic butter as the marinara wasn’t that good..

I cannot for the life of me understand why this little Cesar’s is consistently so whack. I mean every single time. A nationwide chain that is known for having hot cheap pizzas ready always, this location never has anything ready… Ever! Even when people place orders ahead on the app, they are still waiting for a really long time… Sometimes over an hour. I understand busy nights happen, sure no problem. But it’s been a couple years now since we’ve lived here and they are always out of pizza. Nothing ever comes out on time, there is always a long line of people waiting for pizza (that SHOULD be so easy to get) and grumpy employees. they have raised their prices also so you might as well go to Papa Johns. You would think by now the owner or manager would do some serious revisions to how the operation runs. if you think you can just waltz in casually and grab lunch or dinner, you will be extremely disappointed. One time I even called to place an order on the phone, thinking that may help speed up the process.. and I kid you not the employee answered “thank you for calling Lumberton Little Caesars our current wait time is an hour and 45 minutes for a pizza order, can I help you?” I mean… Really? I would be so embarrassed if this was my constant output.
