I placed an online order at Little Caesars for a pepperoni pizza and Italian cheese bread and waited approximately 10 minutes in-store for the order to be placed in the pickup tray. Despite the wait, the food I received was not fresh. The pizza was dry and the cheese bread was stale. After one bite, I discarded both items. This was a disappointing experience and will not be returning.

I have been a few times here and i can say that last night, the way i was received by the person taking my order was amazing, he made me feel welcomed, he is a Manager if I’m not mistaken, went above and beyond and everything i ordered was freshed out of the oven, so Thank You to the manager on duty and his crew, Job well done.

Don’t order pretzel crust or cheese sauce. I guess the cooks’ noses and eyes don’t work. You will get rancid cheese sauce that stinks on a regular pizza crust.

Asked one of the employees for a fresh crazy bread and this is the uncooked, doughy bread that I received. Her demeanor was super rude when we placed our order, she did not greet us when we walked in and when we did greet her she was not kind and friendly.. She also had AirPods in her ear and was talking on the phone.

This Little Cesar’s has always stayed open till 10pm. I just ordered a pizza at 9:30pm so I assumed they were staying open until 10pm. I leave to grab some drinks at HEB I get back at 10pm and they are all gone. Then I look at Google to see if they are closing early now and then I see that they were supposed to be closed at 9pm. So why were they taking orders at 9:30pm if they were supposed to be closing at 9? So not cool! I already paid for my food, and obviously someone took all my food home with them instead of waiting for your customer to come back who already paid for their food! Some people just have no moral compass, and don’t care about their customers whatsoever!

Ordered online, ticket on the box had our correct order but did not receive it. Ordered and payed extra for stuffed crust and we got a super old and cold pizza not even stuffed crust and when I tried calling (multiple times) they never answered and eventually said that number was not receiving calls. Worst pizza place in lake Jackson!
