This location is very up to date in the decor and is very clean! The host was wonderful on a busy Sunday morning. He was very organized in handling a rush.

When we first walked in and saw people waiting we were afraid there would be a long wait but we were actually seated pretty quickly. Our server, Perfecta, was very friendly. We looked over the menus for a bit, she was patient, once we placed our order it didn’t take long for our order to arrive. Perfecta updated us on our order status during our short wait. Our food was delicious! Perfecta ensured we had everything we needed. Sorry, didn’t take any photos of our food. Perfecta was very attentive during our meal. Once we were done she brought us our bill along with some stickers. My son was very impressed that we were given stickers with scriptures on them. We were in town for the Forrest Frank concert at Silobration so the stickers were very much appreciated. Thank you, Perfecta. If you’re in the area stop by IHOP and maybe just maybe you’ll be blessed with Perfecta as your server.

Came in today with my niece and nephew .. we had the pleasure of having sugar as my waitress , she is the most sweetest and genuine person I have ever had. She made sure our food came out correctly and on time and our drinks stayed filled which is my biggest thing when I go out to eat , I need my coffee to be filled .. we just love sugar and we will definitely be back for her . If you come ask for sugar.

Regrettable stop in Waco. Waitress was entirely too bothered to provide any assistance in an almost empty dining room. Coffee was burnt. Plates were tossed onto the table and instead of asking if things were acceptable, an across the room “thumbs up” was offered while napkins, condiments, and drinks were elusive..
I opted to leave the pancakes as they appeared day old. Maybe they’d been left before?
Across the room others were given “just brewed coffee,” and regular check ins.
It will remain a mystery I suppose..

Service was terrible! It took such a long time for our server to come over initially. When she came over to do our drink order we ordered our food at the same time worried that we would have to wait a long time again just to place the order. The sweet tea was not sweet at all and had to then wait to get a replacement drink. After part of our food finally came out we then had to again wait for silverware. We had to ask for the rest of our food because it was not brought out.
There were employees out, on their phones leaned against the wall and some arguing loudly about fighting in the back. After paying for our food the waiter informed us that the food we had came with bottomless pancakes. At this point we were over waiting so we just told her it was fine, something I feel might of been better mentioned at the beginning of ordering.. there were so many employees and not many customers in the restaurant at the time of us going so I’m not sure what exactly happened…. Very disappointed

I had a bit of a crisis today when my car battery died at this IHOP, but I am honestly blown away by the service. Debra and her team went above and beyond to try and help me get back on the road. Even though they couldn’t physically get the car started, their kindness and genuine effort to assist me during a stressful moment were incredible. It’s rare to find such compassionate service. Thank you, Debra, for being so wonderful!

This IHOP deserves every bit of a 5-star rating. Michelle is an outstanding waitress—friendly, attentive, and always remembers my order, which makes every visit feel personal and welcoming. I also want to commend the manager Leo for maintaining a clean, well-run restaurant and clearly leading a great team. It shows in the service and overall atmosphere. Keep up the excellent work!

I’ve been a long-time regular at IHOP, and Sugar has always greeted me with a smile and provided amazing service every time. IHOP after church is always a great way to spend my Sunday!
The manager, Leo, is always present, checking on us and making sure we’re being served to our expectations. That level of care truly makes a difference.

We just had the most amazing experience this morning. We’ve been going through a lot this year and we needed a nice family breakfast (for the first time in months) to start off our week. We came in and were greeted and sat by a guy named Ray and he was so kind and friendly and made sure we were warm and cozy and set up! Our server Sugar came up with a huge smile and such a great personality. She was so sweet and helpful. THEN THE BEST PART, my daughter had seen something about a reindeer pancake somewhere and we had no idea what she was talking about or where to get it; but the manager Leo came through for her!!! Not only was this an amazing act of kindness, it was also SO CUTE and delicious. Our French toast is amazing, as well as everything else. Thank you Leo, Sugar, and Ray for such an awesome morning to start our week off happily.

This location was very fast and efficient even though they were pretty busy. The service was super friendly and accurate. We ordered several individual things that weren’t exactly combos, and the waitress was very knowledgeable in making suggestions that costed us less, and actually got us more food!
