Somebody, anybody, please get this store a decent set of pizza cutters?! Also, somebody please teach these kids how to cut a pizza, it literally looked like our pizza was cut by a blind folded toddler. And it’s been like this every single time we have ordered from here. We at least got what we ordered and it wasn’t burnt or cold. So there’s that- for what its worth.

Its been a year or more since i gave this location another chance due to last time having to wait 30 minutes for a hot n ready pizza. I placed an online order for the pretzel crust pizza with cheese sauce with 2 crazy sauces and the guy behind the register forgot the sauces and my pizza came with regular sauce. Ordered 3 Large Pepperoni, 1large Supreme, and chicken wings. Wings were tiny and tasted terrible. Supreme pizza had Pepperoni, about 6 peices of sausage and maybe 6 mushrooms. No green peppers, no onions. I called and they said, oh we’re out of peppers and onions. Must’ve been almost out of sausage and mushrooms too . Still waiting on my refund for the Non Supreme pizza.

If I could give 0 starts I would. If you like under baked pizza, rubber chicken wings, paying extra for items that are never given to your delivery driver, being yelled at and hung up on by the manager when you try to tell them it’s not the delivery drivers fault and he’s constantly trying to blame him, order here. The service is poor. Extremely poor. Go drive the extra 6 mins and go to the location on Rayford, a million times better there.

Well so much for having pizza ready. The wait and service is horrible placed a order on application.waited for about 45 minutes for a basic pepperoni pizza. Unfortunately this is the closest store. Order and be prepared to wait. Even if you order ahead.

Very unhappy again by this location. This is the second time in a row that my order was not complete. The first time I was told that they would refund me the difference and that never happened. This time no apology no nothing for forgetting my order or the fact that one of the pizzas was old tasting. I have other choices like pizza hut or papa John’s which even if they do cost more I know they will get everything right.

Make sure to check your receipts. I noticed the person at the drive thru added a little tip himself. I asked him to take it off and of course they did. I Will not be returning to this location.
