The lady said they don’t put cheese in the crusts on sundays is that true? I’ve ordered before at the same location and they do it but this lady was very blankly saying no I think she was the manager it makes no sense maybe she was tired and wanted to Go home since they close at 10 but I wish she wouldn’t lie I love pizza but never ordering from here again

When I am making this review it is solely on this location. I don’t like writing bad reviews, however if I can save someone else the headache by posting the truth about bad service, and COLD FOOD, I will. I live REALLY CLOSE to this location and I had SPECIALLY ORDERED a pizza and STUFFED CRAZY BREAD. I got home opened the pizza box and it was SOOOO COLD, HARD and you could tell it had been sitting there for a long time. EVEN THOUGH IT WAS SPECIALLY ORDERED. I called the store and “GRACE” simply said “NOTHING COULD BE DONE.” She didn’t even offer to remake the pizza, or bring it back for a return. The thing that baffles me THE MOST is I didn’t even get an APOLOGY????? SO INSTEAD OF CRAZY BREAD, I’M CRAZY MAD. LOL

Tonight there was this rude lady at front who doesn’t listen at all she should pay more attention literally I just paid more for less !!! Thanks to her my pizza has less ingredients! I complained and she said my pizza was already in the oven. if you’re gonna be at the front with the costumers you should be a little more friendly !!!

Service is always great,they get your order right everything is always clean and most importantly they get you out with your order nice and hot.. The other location on Black Hawk & The Beltwat 8 across from the H.E.B your always told it could take up to 45 minutes for your order. I no longer go there at all. I travel across town to this location. Telephone Rd & Belfort, you will always get great service from here. And to all the great peoples working there you’re truly appreciated by me and many other’s that you serve we will always come back.

I did a walk-in order for 3 pizzas. Two regular and a specialty. I waited in my vehicle about 15 minutes. My order was hot, fresh ingredients and just as I asked. Clean inside, friendly staff and not crowded.

This is the 2nd time I have came here in over a month to find out they are closed till 12 PM. Other locations are open before 11:30 AM for the lunch crowd from companies who don’t have lunch scheduled at 12 pm but earlier. Waste of fuel. Where is the customer service and punctuality? More like slothfullness of employees and owners.

I call and ask how much much for thin crust 5 meat and 3 meat and she tell me $10.49 for 5 meat.Go to pick up my pizza total for everything was $44 but the 5 meat was dam near $20 talk to the manager he start laugh thinking what I was saying was funny and a joke. I will never go back to this location cause they full of bull crap…And one of my pizza did have all my toppings
