They appeared to only have one person working. No one greeting customers as they enter. No one working the counter. I waited five minutes at the counter to try to place my order. NO ONE ever came to take my order. I went to my car to try and place an order by phone. I was placed on hold for another five+ minutes. As I waited on hold, another family of three walked in. I watched them from my car for about two minutes. They were not greeted during that time. I finally hung up the phone and left.

I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a pizza place here. The customer service was unbelievably poor from the moment I walked in. The employees seemed more interested in standing around and talking with each other than actually doing their jobs. I waited and waited while they laughed and chatted behind the counter, completely ignoring customers and the fact that people were clearly frustrated.

When someone finally decided to acknowledge me, it felt like I was interrupting their hangout, not placing an order. There was no sense of urgency, no apology for the wait, and absolutely no professionalism. You’d think making pizzas at a pizza place would be the priority, but apparently talking about their weekend was way more important than serving paying customers.

By the time my food came out, I had already regretted spending money there. The pizza wasn’t even worth the wait. If you want to feel invisible and waste your time, then this is the spot for you. Otherwise, there are plenty of other places that actually value customers and know how to run a business. I definitely won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I sat in my car right in front of store because I have tried to order pizza before and be on hold for over an hour. I called 3 times and told hold and was put on hold. Now I’m right in front of the doors on the left of handicap and there is no one in the store but employees. I called a 4th time and lady asked my name I told her because it was a messed up order remake. The rude lady said (before even looking in book first), if your name is not in the book then you will have to call the GM. Well then another lady got on the phone and said can I help you, again I told her my name is in the book. The reason I gave so many stars is because I got the right pizza this time and the lady that gave me my pizza was nice ( definitely not the first one about the GM). As I was on hold so many times I watched employees walking around no customer in the store and even one employee at wash station drinking out of a mug. So why was I put on hold so many times and why not look in book before you talk crazy to people. I appreciate the lady that gave me my pizza the other lady needs a different career choice. Customers make your paycheck without us there would be no one to buy your pizza. It is the day Jesus rose from the dead so I pray for you.

Placed an order at this location for pick up and spent a little over $40 for my whole order INCLUDING a tip that I did not have to put but did because that’s just who I am. Upon opening the pretzel pizza we discovered a massive amount of salt on the crust. We tried brushing it off and eating a slice but it became so over baring. We called up to the location and politely asked to speak to the manager. The “manager” then got on the phone and we kindly explained the situation to which she said it was supposed to have a lot of salt. We then told her it shouldn’t have a massive amount of salt & asked if we could please have another one made. Not even asking for a refund to which she responded she would reach out to a higher manager. She then gets back on the line and says if we bring the pizza back we can get another made. We took it back and they still refused a refund or to remake the pizza. The customer service at this location is DISGUSTING! You people should be ashamed of how you treat people. I’d LOVE to see one of you eat a FULL slice of this pizza and be okay with it. It’s sickening you would even give someone this after them spending THEIR money. Kina, Mysha & Nisha I will be taking this up with corporate because y’all’s “management” skills are DISGUSTING!

Walked in to get a pizza asked if anything was hot and ready. I was told yes I had a pepperoni, so I said I’ll take it. I paid my nine dollars for my pizza and I left. I drive home and I open the lid and it looks like it’s been there since yesterday like there’s no way that the crust is edible. It’s so hard and it’s definitely not hot anywhere on the pizzacompletely disappointed completely waste of money not happy.

Placed order on app and after it was ready went in store and waited almost 15 minutes before anyone even spoke to me and picked up my order and it was horrible! There was so much grease dripping from the box. Employees are lazy and rude and if I was management I would change up something because seeing all the reviews it seems like everybody has the same problem! I will not be back

Horrible wait time! It was a 25 minute wait when they said 10-15 minutes. My cheesy bread was partially cheese-less, my deep dish pepperoni pizza was way over cooked and my supreme pizza was practically undercooked in the middle…won’t be returning to this location again. It was also very awkward that they didn’t acknowledge other customers coming in to place and order…

Placed an online order to pick up at 7:00.
Walked in at 7:05, gave my name and was told it would be 10 minutes longer.
Stood in the store for 16 minutes assuming the staff would tell me when my order was ready. Then realized my name was displayed on a screen above the to go box. Asked if my Pizza was in there and the guy asked my name again.
It was my Pizza, dude wouldn’t give me the pizza, told me I had to enter a code.
I entered the code and the door didn’t open. I forced the door open, cutting my finger in the process. Left as quickly as I could to avoid letting my anger cause embarrassment for everyone in the store.
I could get over the lousy customer service, it’s “fast” food after all.
However, I got home before i realized the Pizza is burnt.
