Had a delicious brunch here today! Isaiah was my server and he was so kind and helpful. I had gluten free chocolate chip pancakes, which were delicious! So hard to find a yummy brunch as a gluten free person so I always appreciate IHOP for that 🙂

Went here with the bros and my girlfriend after a night of shenanigans, needed some much needed sustenance after a night of tom foolery. Seated immediately, food was hot and fresh. Had the strawberry and cream waffles. There was no gorilla hiding in the bathroom so that was good. Would come here again

Debbie the hostess and Tayh, the chef, are amazing! Tayh is truly a CHEF! NOT A COOK. The sirloin tips were quite literally shockingly good. We had to pull him out to the floor, compliment and thank him, and get his name for the review. Unbelievably good steak for a pancake place. Wow, just wow.

Waited a few minutes at the door to be seated, understandable. However once seated 23min passed and not one server said a word to us. Finally a server said she’d be right with us, she went into the kitchen and out the other side and back into the kitchen. 5 min went by and she never came back but went to another server and tried to get her to assist us. She was busy with another table but at the point I was annoyed got up and left and at that point the second server asked if we are leaving that shed be right with us and I said nope we are leaving.

The food is fairly decent, but the service is extremely disappointing. This location consistently appears understaffed, resulting in wait times exceeding 20 minutes despite the dining area being mostly empty. The front desk attendant was unprofessional and showed little understanding of basic customer service. Due to these ongoing issues, I will not be returning until management makes significant improvements to staffing and overall service quality.

Ihop is usually very good but lately it’s been just disappointing.
Service here is slow and food quality is not the same. After waiting almost 30 minutes I believe my order was forgotten, or overlooked I asked for medium poached eggs and I got almost barely cooked eggs. So either they rushed my food when they realized it wasn’t made yet or waitress forgot to mention it when she put order in.
I ended up taking only 2 bites after the undercooked eggs ran all over my plate and that did it for me I couldn’t take another bite and I couldn’t wait for them to remake the food because I had to get to work so I just cancelled the entire order and to top it off they still gave me a bill for the 1 coffee I drank and the 1/2 cup of orange juice I didn’t finish. Don’t know what else to say. Just disappointing

Never fails to a bad experience. Empty tables. Long wait and people walking out. Place needs some changes real bad. Always an issue trying to eat here yet it never gets better.

Today IHOP seemed understaffed. Had to wait about 5m for someone to come and seat us. Meals were ok. Not great, not savory, but filling. I had the steak omelet and my wife had the fajita omelet. My steak was dry and overcooked. The rest of the omlete was ok. Tonight (Wed) was Senior night so everything was 40% off. We also got dessert and milkshake to go. Even with the discount, it still cost us $35. I’ll go back, but maybe just for breakfast.
