the one pizza was fine. the one ordered without cheese….i’m not even sure, maybe a wild racoon made it? it’s inedible and I’d barely consider it food. I ordered it without cheese and extra sauce (the black spots are where there’s zero sauce and they burnt both side of the crust.

Pizza Hut has gone down hill these days, pizza was good nothing like it used to be. As for dining in, the table service consist of them bringing the pizza in a box to your table. And then asked to by a sign to please remove your own trash. Disheartening to see this pizza chain loose it’s standards over the years.

Ordered 2 medium pepperoni PAN pizzas but saw after my family already started eating that it was not pan pizza but hand tossed. We were charged extra for pan pizza (which is better than hand tossed because, as you can see by the picture of what we got, the hand tossed is incredibly thin and basically crispy, sauce soaked grease biscuits) and we did not get what we paid for.
When I called to see what can be done about the mistake since I was already home, Rodney (who said they were a supervisor/manager) told me that a $10 credit will be associated with my phone number for my next order for that location. I have never heard of them doing this and the credit does not show up on the app, so I am wondering how to redeem it. If the credit goes through the next time I order, I will update this review, but it didn’t sound like Rodney cared at all about their employees mistake.
As for the pizza itself, since it was hand tossed, i personally didn’t like it. There were globs of sauce on some slices and next to none on the others. It looked like we had extra pepperoni than normal, so they might have switched our order with someone else. My wife will eat anything so she was happy regardless.
Last year I gave them a 5 star review that I have since deleted because of this. I used to think the staff was friendly and they hadn’t messed up my orders before, so I don’t know what has changed.

Waited 25 minutes picked up got home and found this garbage. Drove all the way back and even though I paid in cash didn’t get a refund and got “store credit” in account. Check your box before you get too far away. They don’t make it right when they do you wrong. Oh and funny enough also put a tip on even for pickup.

Honestly might have been the best pizza I’ve ever had from Pizza Hut, and shout out to the team. They were understaffed, but communicated great with us despite other customers berating them. Both employees were incredibly respectful and clearly good at what they do because damn, this pizza is insanely good. Thanks guys!

My family was visiting Hershey Park from out of town and on our way to our hotel we saw a Pizza Hut that has a dining room?! Yes! Amazing! We were all so hungry and so excited to eat some piiza. We walked in at 5pm and the place was empty. We waited for the cashier to seat us. We told the cashier we wanted to dine-in, she said hold on, I need to ask my manager. The manager came out and said no dine-in at this location, only carry out. We were so confused and so disappointed.
