Ordered the pollo bowl no chicken…. Smallest servings ever. Never got a bowl where off the bag you couldn’t tell there was rice. Every other place is not as stingy on the serving. Becoming a chipotle but even they please the eater a bit. Girl looked like she didn’t want to hear a remark so just left it as is.. just so far won’t come back to this w. Chapman location for sure.

I love pollo loco but I was disappointed when I got back to work with my order incorrectly. I asked for no pico on my bowl, it had pico. I asked for extra green salsa, only 2 were provided. I also asked for Serrano peppers and none were provided. Also, their bag of chips came with 5 chips only.

I placed a mobile order for 2 bowls.. no cilantro no onions because I’m allergic and I got extra cilantro and onions.. smh make sure you sit in the drive thru and double check your orders before you pull away.. because they are incompetent and cannot read mobile orders. My meal is ruined and had to throw away.. thanks pollo loco lovely way to start my weekend.

Great Drive-Through Experience at El Pollo Loco!
We had a wonderful experience going through the drive-through today. The service was fantastic! The staff showed incredible patience, making sure we got exactly what we wanted. When we were unsure about what to choose, they took the time to explain the options and even offered helpful suggestions. It’s rare to find this level of attention and care, especially in a drive-through. Definitely a standout experience – we’ll be back for sure!

I live right down the street, and my family LOVES El Pollo Loco, so I have picked up dinner in the drive-thru a couple times around 8pm. Tonight, I got the Classic Tostada, was not given any dressing for it, a large chicken tortilla soup, which was barely warm, and a large side of broccoli, which was surprisingly hot. My food has never been warm except the side of broccoli. I gave my 1.5 year old some of the broccoli, which he ate, and when I went to eat the rest I noticed something on one of the broccoli…a WORM in a WEB! I was so disgusted and horrified to think my child may have eaten one! We will not be eating here again.
