One star, the last two times I ordered here for delivery have been wrong. Most recently they forgot the burger part of the sandwich, really unsure how that happens. Additionally wanted no mayo on a mcchicken, came with mayo. Special ticket was on the wrapper. Time before this items were not in the sealed bag. Would just like this review to land somewhere with some eyes on it to drive improvement. It’s unfortunate that my kids love the French fries and nuggets, and this location is so close to home for us, otherwise I likely would not come back. Tried to call the store directly and got the full ring but no answer, when to voicemail. Will give some stars back for a company response.
3/1/26 update: noticed that the comment below pushes accountability to Door Dash. Would love to understand how Door Dash places the item in the sticker sealed bag. Also missing another item today. -1 star

The (not racist) white kids were laughing the whole time they were making orders and it wasn’t a problem. Well, until they called my order number with an obvious nasal sound like a mock. They looked at me and I when I looked back they had mockery on their faces and laughed harder. This was October 25th 2025 at 4:20-ish. Your staff needs to be trained quite a bit. At least so not to laugh at customers for no mere reason. If there was something funny, then sure. But there obviously wasn’t. PS. Same day. Just tried the fries over fried and tasted sour.

I ordered the big breakfast platter with a orange juice on Jan 25. I asked for a orange juice as extra at the drive thru. The lady asked me twice if that was all. I did not check the bag until I got home. No receipt in the bag. So I call them and they say if I come back . They will give me the orange juice. It is 5 above zero below zero with the wind and snowing. 4 miles I live from this place. Not replace the order. Time I would get back home with the orange juice. The breakfast would of been colder then it was. Poor management.

I paid for my meal at the first window. As soon as I get to the second window the Hispanic guy has my meal hanging out the window to the point he almost dropped it in my vehicle. I told him that is rude to just hand me my food in a rush & have it hanging out the window like this. He said either you take it or leave it. I grabbed it & he slammed the window on me. I asked can I speak with a manager? He said he is the manager. I said can I have corporate number? He said “No!” & said if I don’t drive off he’ll call the Police. That was rude & I felt that was a discriminated response being that I’m African American. I didn’t get rude with him but felt the need to report him. To be threatened to have the Police called on me because I’m the one receiving rude service is an insult. I have a degree in Human Resources & my second degree in Business Management. I know for a fact this is not how Mc. Donald’s expect for their business to be ran by the people they hire especially in leadership. This man needs to be fired or demoted from his position. This is not how you treat customers that are spending their hard earned money. I would like a follow up about this, this is unacceptable at all. I will never come back to this McDonald’s ever again!!!!

Drive thru was so fast it was scary. I was through there in under 60 seconds I bet. Order was correct. Staff was very friendly.

No air conditioning and felt ill after eating there. When told he had 38 other McDonald restaurants, that is no excuse to not have air conditioning on low. Has fans, not good enough. It was like the drive thru was more important. Will have to go elsewhere for breakfast to enjoy breakfast.

Really disappointed in the customer service here. Ordered breakfast and went to pick it up all before 10:30 (when breakfast ends). We told them our code the first time we went through the line and said we were good to go. Then we got to the window and the girl working told us our order wasn’t in the system. She then told us to pull back around. After waiting in line a second time, the man told us we were “late” and there was nothing they could do now that breakfast is over. Of course it was over because we had to wait 10 more minutes in line the second time. They offered no solutions to a problem that shouldn’t have existed in the first place.
