Folks here made a Pizza for us, that looked like someone poured a pint of grease , all over the PIZZA, and cardboard box! ! The young manager type, said if they made a new pizza……it would be just like the one, I was expected to take home! Poor product, uncaring workers, and Time and hassles, and waiting for a new pizza to be made! !
I’ve never received such a TERRIBLE pizza as they SERVED here! I have had SUPERIOR FROZEN PIZZAS, much better, than what they made. I asked them to make us a Pizza that looked just like the T.V. adverts, what a joke! It didn’t look like those T.V. PIZZAS at all! They wanted us to take HOME a soggy, & swimming in grease, poorly made pizza! ! My experiences from almost a year past, were also not pleasant either! I have no desires to RETURN to the restaurant. Indifferent help, & products at this restaurant. There’s a MANAGEMENT PROBLEM here!

Why is it that I go in and ask what they have “Hot and ready” and I order what is in the hot box and then told to go wait in my car and it will be brought to me. Excuse me why do I have to wait for the food to brought to me I thought it was “Hot and ready”?

If I could give zero I would! Ordered our pizza to be ready at a certain time and it wasn’t. Also ordered a deep dish that we couldn’t eat because the dough was completely raw. Raw enough to where it looked like the cheese. We live 20 minutes away and couldn’t bring it back. Had to find something else to eat. Also the older short lady in the back was rude.

Waiting in the drive thru for 5 mins but no one was inside or nothing I didn’t see a single worker but when I did she was so rude for no reason and she thought I ordered something when I didn’t and she was telling me go to the front of the store and I said I didn’t order anything then she look at my so rude and disgusted for idk what reason and then with the worsted attitude and ask me what do you want and I said what I wanted and she was just like didn’t care what so ever and was still rude for no reason all I want was one thing but didn’t get it because I will not take disrespect when all I was doing was trying to order and be polite.

To the lady working tonight 07/27/2025 at little Cesar’s you are the sweetest hard working woman! We came by to get a hot and ready pizza u made it fresh we was in drive though u came out to us to take our order while still busy both on the outside and the inside , you where super friendly and full of smiles, she saw we had our kids and they was tired and fussy so by the time we pulled up to the drive through she handed us 2 bags of little Cesar’s sugar cookies and said “give it to them babies” I just wanna say thank u for ur amazing personality and hard work it does not go unnoticed!!!

My wife picks up pizzas here every Thursday, to feed 7+ children at the local park. Her order is always on point. I believe the magic from this restaurant comes from TIM. Tim always has a smile on his face and a friendly greeting. It’s refreshing to be treated like a human being at a restaurant. With decline of customer service literally everywhere else, Tim is reviving my faith in society!

Th3 food was fine but the service was horrible. No hot n ready pizza’s were made which is starting to become annoying since this happens WAY TO OFTEN, Lately.. Too much messing around, laughing, and playing in the kitchen. When the manager realized the customers were watching she tried to act professional by yelling at her employees while she was one of the Main persons goofing off. One lady had ordered 2HRS ahead and was still waiting on her order when she got there. We were joking about not adding on crazy bread to our order because it would probably be a 2hr wait.. Night shift should really get it together!!! Instead of wasting company time and money…..
