I called and asked if they could deliver and they said yes and asked for my order. I was very excited because the weather isn’t great. Then they told me that they couldn’t deliver, which I understood and they asked if I could pick up. I said yes that’s great. So I finished placing my order, they asked for my card details, and I PAID for it. Then when we went out to get it, in the bad weather, and got to the location, the lights were off and doors were locked. I then called them back and they immediately started to prompt me for an order again, DELIVERY or pickup. We explained the situation that we had already placed and paid for a pickup but the location was closed. The lady then started saying I could file a refund tomorrow. All this to say, the lady prompted me for my order, knowing I would not get it because all locations near us are closed, essentially scamming me and I’d bet other people. I’m heartbroken and will never spend my money here again.

How incredibly annoying that wheni make an order for veggie pizza i get one contaminated with pepperoni all over it. My order did not ask for pork product but they just seem to want to force ppl to eat pork no matter what. This isn’t the first time either. Now imxat work ready to eat what I irdered to see i have what I never ordered. Disgusting and im just done with this place. I bet I cant even get my money back. And now I get to go hungry. Thanks for nothing!

They get 2 stars because when my order has been right, it’s been very good. However, the customer service here is not good at all. Try to be graceful in the past when they have messed up my order, but after 4 consecutive times it’s annoying how they keep messing it up. On one occasion they gave me a completely different pizza than what I ordered. It’s an inconvenience to have to drive back or check it at the window only to have to wait even longer for them to fix it. If it was a rare occasion every now and then I would’nt care so much but 4 times a row I’m gonna write the review. So much potential because they’re pizza truly is good but they consistently drop the ball. Make sure you check your order at pick up every time.

Very very very disappointed. I’m from a small town and hour away….we always look forward to this pizza….best by far…we order 2 cheese pizzas online….I go in and I punch the #in…nothing…did it a few times then I was like I’ll just wait….2 employees trying to fix the receipt machine…they dont event acknowledge me….then 3 guys walk in and she goes to help them…after helping the 1st 2 guy she says can I help you…tell her what I’m waiting for and she said o the machine isn’t working….really I’ve been just standing here waiting on my pizzas….then I realized we didn’t get our dipping sauce….we get home and 2 pepperoni pizzas….the label says cheese pizza and sauce. I wonder how many people got the wrong pizzas today….30min waits on top of it….so disappointing

Walked into this location no one greeted me. 2 employees seen me and didn’t even acknowledge me for about 5 minutes. I asked one of the guys do they greet the customers he just looked at me and mumbled something under his breath. I stepped to the back and 3 customers came in and they were greeted immediately. I asked the young man at the counter did he not see me waiting first and he just looked at me and then mumbled again. So I ordered my food online in the store and no one still acknowledged me. This is poor customer service at its best. Everyone in this store needs some customer service training or find another job…..

I had promised myself that I wasn’t going back to that location, the las 3 times the pizza was soggy and didn’t taste that good, today I gave them another chance ( last) and the man at the window didn’t greet me he gave a mean look,like that he heck do you want, I asked for a 2 pizzas and a soda combo and he said I could get that online only, really hmm, anyway he told me how much it was, and when I said I thought the price was off, he got offended and told me that was the correct price, always with a bad attitude, I made the mistake of not checking the pizza then and there, and when I did at home some parts where thick, others flat, and they didn’t even cut the pizza right. I hope they close this place, they don’t care about quality or manners.
Hoy fui y un señor mal encargado ni me saludo se puso en la ventana y me miró muy despota, le pedí el combo de dos pizzas y un refresco y me dijo que solo en línea, no le creí , en fin compré dos pizzas y cuando llegue a la casa está toda desinflada de un lado y del otro más o menos bien, ya no les interesa la calidad de su producto, el hombre ese siempre fue antipático, si no le gusta su trabajo que hace ahí, le hace falta humildad.

I just went in (11/20/25) and some rude employee (cashier) to be specific, i ordered a pepperoni pizza and he (the cashier) just slammed his drink on the counter giving out an attitude that pissed me off and he then turned his back on me and opened my pizza and he was a skinny boy with black framed square glasses like what kind of people get hired that don’t know how to do their job right, and will surely not come back or recommend this place to no one. Stay out of this place.

I love this location, pizza is always delicious, hot , and fresh!! My son loves it!!! His favorite is the stuffed crust pepporoni! Staff is awesome and always get my order out quick.
Totally recommend also dont forget the ranch on the side!

We camed back again because my son wanted to try the batman calzone he said it was very good and cheesy
